  We are so grateful to West Naperville Kindercare for the love and care our children have received. From the very first day, this place felt right, and the trust and comfort we found here made all the difference. My older child’s experience with Ms. Pika and Ms. Jo prepared her wonderfully for Kindergarten. Our youngest has been here since he was 5 months old (now 2.5 years), and every morning he is greeted with open arms, setting a loving tone for his day. He has built such strong bonds with his teachers—Ms. Mel, Ms. Ali, and Ms. Diana are his favorites—and it’s clear how much they care. We are constantly impressed by all he is learning. The communication from the teachers is thoughtful and consistent, keeping us well-informed about his progress and daily activities. Jen and Denis are always responsive and supportive, making this experience very reassuring for us.

  This place is the best location for daycare! The staff are so attentive and care deeply for my son. Just last week my son learned how to say his teachers name, and you could hear the joy in her voice when she took the video. It’s also a wonderful location if your child is enrolled in Early Intervention. My son sees 3 different therapists weekly, and the staff there are very accommodating, and work on all the activities the therapists do with my son.

  My oldest daughter has been coming here since she was 1 year old (now 3.5yrs old), and my youngest since she was 6 weeks old (now 1.5yrs old). They have developed strong bonds with their teachers and fellow students. During our car ride home my oldest daughter tells me all about the fun activities and experiences she had that day. She is so excited to tell her teachers what fun things she did over the weekend. My youngest daughter’s eye light up when she sees her teachers in the morning. As parents we have an inner battle leaving our children in the care of others but my mind is at ease knowing that my children are safe and cared for.

  The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful! My son is 7 months old and we have been coming here for 3 months now. He is always so excited to go and happy as can be when I pick him up! The communication line is always open which is a huge plus for me. Anytime I reach out with a question they are on top of it right away! I love getting updates throughout the day - the teachers are so good about checking in with how he is doing! The kindercare team takes such great care of him - it feels like we are all family! ❤️

  Both our boys have been at KinderCare since they were only a few months old and we have had the best experience! My now 3 year old runs in every day and is excited to see his friends and teachers in his preschool class. I've always been impressed with how much he's learning and the same goes for my 1 year old, too. We are thankful that they have smart and kind teachers surrounding them in a place that's safe, clean and fun!
