Consistent child abuse and dismissive from the directors. Took pictures and video evidence of proof and the police said she didn't mean to do it even though he had a choke mark on his neck so nothing will happen to the staff Miss Elizabeth other than her being supervised teaching what a joke I failed as a parent šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

As a parent, choosing the right child care center is one of the most important decisions we make — and I’m so grateful we found Montgomery Road Kindercare! One of the things I appreciate most is the open and consistent communication between the staff and families. I’m always kept informed about my child’s daily activities, milestones, and any concerns. Whether it’s through daily updates, messages, or casual conversations during pick-up, I feel truly connected to what’s happening at school. The cleanliness of the facility is another standout. The classrooms and common areas are always well-maintained and organized. It’s clear that the staff takes great pride in providing a safe and healthy environment for the children. Most importantly, I can see that my child feels safe, nurtured, and genuinely loved here. The educators take the time to really get to know each child, offering comfort, encouragement, and guidance every step of the way. That emotional security has made a world of difference in my child’s growth and happiness. Thank you to everyone at WNKC for creating such a positive and supportive place for our little ones to learn and thrive.

This place smells really bad like a nursing home they do not clean as often as they should . The rooms stinks the kids stinks and the staff stinks . How do you go home with that stench Maybe they are used to it which is bad . But I would not decided to send my child to a childcare that doesn’t provide or practice good sanitizing and cleaning . I can’t even trust my child would be taken care of properly if you can’t even practice good hygiene in your facility. Maybe hire a company to do a deep clean and sanitizing then after clean correctly as you should on a daily basis .

I was a super nervous first time daycare mom with 2 kids that started in infants and 3’s. I toured multiple locations to find the right fit for my family. West Naperville KC was exactly what we were looking for the facility is clean, long-time caregivers(25+yrs with KC For a few ladies there), and professional. My Husband and I are extremely grateful the years they have helped our family and allowed us to go to college and work with piece of mind that our kids are safe and well cared for. Communication has not been an issue whether it’s via phone, email, or app. We get update on our kids throughout the day (diaper log, naps, meals, lots of pictures). Our kids are thriving there with the curriculum and when weather permits they go outside to the playground 2-3 times, which my kids love. My kids have made so many friends and we all get a sense of community (they have social gatherings for the families so we do get to meet other parents). Jennifer, Denise and All the lovely ladies of West Naperville Kindercare you are so APPRECIATED!!!ā™„ļø

Both our boys have been at KinderCare since they were only a few months old and we have had the best experience! My now 3 year old runs in every day and is excited to see his friends and teachers in his preschool class. I've always been impressed with how much he's learning and the same goes for my 1 year old, too. We are thankful that they have smart and kind teachers surrounding them in a place that's safe, clean and fun!
