The teachers are incredibly kind, patient, and supportive, and the administration team is always quick to respond and helpful with any questions we have. We also love receiving the daily pictures, videos, and updates—it’s wonderful to see what they’re learning and doing throughout the day. We moved to Naperville with a 5 month old (our first baby) and were very nervous about finding the right place for her. It’s hard leaving your baby in someone else’s care! We did a virtual tour and I talked with Nicole a couple of times and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. From the very warm welcome on day one to the daily updates (pictures and videos) throughout the day, I feel so comfortable with having our baby girl here. Not to mention the teachers in her room are AWESOME! Seriously - she loves it every single day and I can see that in the pictures/videos and her demeanor when she comes home. We had some friends move to the area and they asked my opinion on our daycare and I didn’t hesitate in telling them they had to go here – they start next week! I’m so so so so happy with East Naperville Kindercare, and I can’t wait to watch our little girl grow here.
