From the very beginning, the staff have been incredibly warm, professional, and supportive. They truly make each child feel seen, safe, and excited to learn. Our son has blossomed in this program—gaining confidence, building friendships, and developing early academic skills through a fun, hands-on curriculum. The teachers are so patient and genuinely passionate about what they do. They encourage creativity, independence, and kindness every single day. The center itself is clean, secure, and very well-organized. We love getting daily updates and photos through the app—it gives us peace of mind and shows us how engaged and happy our son is. Choosing Mount Prospect KinderCare was one of the best decisions we've made. If you’re looking for a program that truly cares about your child’s growth and happiness, we highly recommend this one!

The staff is incredibly welcoming and cheerful, and you can tell they love working with children. The frequent updates and photos in the app are also much appreciated.

Our family could not be more happier with the daycare and the way Carol Ann manages the facility and how clean and organized everything is compared to other daycares in the area. We were very sad to have to take our son out of KinderCare due to relocation. Our son loved going there every morning and got really attached to his teachers in the baby room. As difficult as it is to put him at such a young age in someone else’s care, his amazing teachers, Whitney, Liliana and Berta, gave us such a level of comfort and trust and it has been an excellent experience for the whole family! Could not recommend more highly. Special thank you to Carol Ann for making us feel like part of a family even after our departure!
