  Great campus and staff. If attending for nursing be prepared for the rigorous schedule which requires a lot of time and effort. The experience is what you make it.

  I’m currently a nursing student at Rasmussen University’s Mokena/Tinley Park campus and also work as a lab assistant through the work-study program. Being on both sides has given me a really positive perspective on how much the faculty care about student learning and growth. The nursing program challenges you, but it definitely helps you feel more prepared going into clinicals. Our Dean of Nursing, Dr. Spraggins is awesome and truly invested in her students’ success, which makes a big difference throughout the program. I’m really glad to be part of a school where you feel supported both in the classroom and on campus.

  I enjoy attending Rasmussen. I attended initially for a medical assistant certificate and came out with my associates. Now that I have decided to start my nursing path, it was a no brainer to return to Rasmussen for my ADN-RN. The advisors are willing to work with you and very active. I thank them!

  I am so glad I chose Rasmussen University in Mokena for my nursing education. Like any accelerated program, it has its ups and downs, but the support from the faculty makes all the difference. The instructors here truly care about student success and go above and beyond to ensure we grasp the material. The curriculum is rigorous, but it’s designed to make you think like a nurse. From the detailed lectures to the hands-on clinical rotations, I feel more than prepared to sit for the NCLEX. Most importantly, I’ve moved beyond just memorizing facts; I actually understand diagnoses and feel confident in how to handle them in real-life medical situations. If you're willing to put in the work, this school provides all the tools you need to succeed.

  The professors are knowledgeable and supportive. the program is well structured and prepares students thoroughly for clinical practice and the NCLEX. I feel confident and ready for my nursing career because of the strong foundation i received here.
