- TGTamara GibbsFeb 4, 20235.0I have three grandchildren that attend Brookhaven Kindercare. Two are school age and one is Prek. The staff works very hard to accommodate the needs of all the children in the program, even those who need a bit extra. Each grade has a monthly curriculum that I know in advance. The little one even has Spanish built in to hers. I am sent daily reports and pictures or videos of each one of my kids. An added benefit is that I was able to put my payments on autopay. One less thing for this grandma to do! I would definitely recommend Brookhaven Kindercare for all ages!

They do a great job of accommodating any special instructions we have, keep the babies busy with lots of interesting activities, and keep us aware of what happens during the day (whether it's a super cute moment or a bump from a fall). Highly recommended.

All the teachers are very supportive & caring.My Kid always feel special in Kindar Care.My son has been blessed with awesome teachers. Assistant Director is so supportive and will answer all of our questions. Thank you to the KinderCare child care organization. I always see smiley face with positive energy in the entire staff I recommend KinderCare to all of my neighbors.

- KSKaren SDec 28, 20161.0Just say no! I toured this place under a different director and it was amazing. Over the next 2 years I saw it fall apart. It is awful. The directors are a joke and seem to only care about a comfortable office redecorated annually and managing numbers for their annual bonus. They put nice stuff in the entryway and leave the classrooms needing for supplies. They refused my care requests numerous times resulting in untrained staff for our special needs and her needs not being met. Unfortunately, I think the center is heavily weighted with kids on assistance and parents who feel like they can't demand better. The teachers make less in a year than I paid in for my one kid alone. They don't care about their staff, treat them like crap, and their MO appears to be run the kids ragged vs following a curriculum. My kid was so over stimulated when she got home she wouldn't play, and only wanted to cuddle. Now we are in a much better situation and everyone, especially the kiddo, are so much happier. I understand the one on Grand and 45 is eons better. Just don't!
