  I called to ask about enrollment and pricing. The call was ended before I could finish asking about the cost, and I didn’t receive a call back. This made the experience feel unprofessional. I hope communication can be improved.

  Under the supervision of Ms. Dee Dee and Melissa, the KinderCare Frankfurt location was a Godsend for my family. They catered to the special needs of my son who is on the Spectrum of Autism and all of the staff was incredibly patient with him. In just a few weeks, my son was able to advance socially with the other children and teachers. The facility is always clean, the staff communicates events and concerns very effectively and the activities were all very engaging. We feel the facility is very safe and honestly the kids are so happy to be there every day.

  If you are wondering if you should enroll here; the answer is YES! We love Frankfort KinderCare they treat us like family! They have excellent programming for all ages; our daughter has learned so much. Our daughters teachers Miss Amy and Miss Brittney have been essential in helping our daughter to adjust to being at school and being around other toddlers. Lori and Miss DeeDee are extremely friendly and helpful. You are always kept well informed about your childs day through the Kindercare App. Love! Love! Love this place!

  Choosing childcare can make any parent nervous. Being new to the area, I visited many child care facilities, but none of them seemed like the right fit. I was anxious about finding the right place for my twins, and can honestly say from the moment I walked into the Frankfort Kindercare, my anxiety dissipated. It not only checked off major boxes like being accredited, having a convenient location, as well as a tenured staff (which is rare), but also it was the little things I noticed that made me feel like I was making the right decision. You could immediately tell the ENTIRE staff had built relationships with all the kids, not just the ones in their classrooms. From high-fiving to hugs, the kids showed such a level of comfort, I just knew my kids would be happy. That was 4.5 years ago and I have never second guessed my decision. All three of my kids are thriving with their educational programs, have so much admiration for all the teachers, and love going each and every morning (and sometimes do not want to come home). I am also happy they offer before and after school care, as my twins can continue being part of the Kindercare family once they start kindergarten in the fall. I happily recommend this facility to anyone, and have been since day 1.
