I was a student at this school in 2023-24 and it was the absolute worst experience of my life. Emily is a very unpleasant as a person. From the moment I went to sign up for school to the very end of my time there she was rude to every student. She suspends you if you tell her you don’t like her tone, she yells at students when they are working on each other. On top of her unpleasant existence the teachers are rarely around to actually assist students. The teachers also gossip about students to other students. Asides from the nasty atmosphere the teachers just tell you what to highlight in your book and barely teach. I left feeling like I wasn’t taught even the bare minimum. When you’re working with clients you’re completely on your own. No teacher is actually checking on you or the clients to be sure everything is going well. There is also a lack of supplies needed for clients and your having to run back and forth so you can share a single product between all the students when you’re all busy with clients. There also holes in the wall plumbing issues and giant bugs that crawl out id the pipes in the bathroom.

I had appointment for October 29 got a confirmation email reminding me of my appointment at 1230pm . I walked in to check in the said I have no appointments scheduled. I show her my confirmation email because they didn’t believe I got one . They have me waiting for 30 minutes to talk to a teacher . The teacher comes and talks to me says I don’t have an appointment. She asked me when I made it which I made 2 months ago . Then she proceeds to tell me that my hair is very Blonde and that her girls are really good that do highlights here but she wouldn’t trust them to do my hair and fix somebody else else’s work. So I tell her if your girls are so good why can’t they do my hair and I told her you’re telling me that no women come here from any other salon with somebody else else’s work That they don’t fix. She said nothing. they messed up on my appointment so they were making every excuse in the book not to take care of me. I’ve never been in a situation where I’ve been denied service and I had an appointment showed them the email and they still wouldn’t take care of me and they did not even offer me another appointment to rectify the conflict. I will never be going back to this place ever again and I never got to be even seen . I tried to call them 2 days for before my appointment to confirm and nobody picks up the phone. I tried so many times.

I treated myself to a custom facial here for my birthday, and I am so happy I did. The location is clean, has street parking, great customer service. When I arrived Renee was ready for me. I had to fill out some paperwork and then we got right to it. It was a very relaxing experience, she made sure I was comfortable throughout the experience, and was very gentle with me. Suggested some services that will help some of my skin concerns. This was an all around great experience , I cannot wait to return.
