- JWJada WilbornApr 21, 20255.0I would give more stars if I could; coming from 2 bad daycare experiences and coming to Kindercare Downers Grove this is the best decision I made for me and my son. From the directors all the way down to the teachers; The communication is beyond expectation; they are organized; affordable; CLEAN and they have the best curriculum for all ages. I hate that I didn’t find them sooner. I recommend enrolling your child/children in this daycare location☺️

So much so that I brought snacks, a water bottle and a blanket for her to snuggle on the drive home. There were maybe 2 teachers in her classroom (I say maybe because the turnover was so much that I didn't even have time to learn a name before they were gone and a new person was there) that made an effort to get to know her and us. The leadership at the school is dismissive and distant. At her new daycare she is clearly flourishing and it shows me how much this daycare wasn't actually CAREing for her.

- PJPenguin JavaJun 16, 20144.0I’m surprised at all the bad reviews here, and disagree with them all. We’ve been bringing our 9 year old son here since we moved in to the area three years ago. The staff has been very attentive and the grounds are clean and secure. The school age children have a different activity every day throughout the summer, including field trips to sports games and nature centers. They also get fed a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snack. My only criticism is that it gets too loud for my son at times, and he needs to go to a calming spot to block out the noise. Overall this is a welcoming place with friendly staff interested in interacting with the children.
