  My son and daughter have been coming to this center for the past year and a half. Both my kids love their teachers and they look forward to coming here. They treat my kids like one of their own. Theirs always someone there in the morning who greets the students by their name as soon as they walk in which I love. They take the time to get to know every kid. The updates on the app are great and I don't have to worry about what their doing. I would highly recommend this center to anyone who's looking.

  My son is in the toddler room and we love everything about Fairview Kindercare. The teachers are great. I am the crazy mom who loves getting updates and pictures of him so that is exactly what they do. The Kindercare app is amazing to have I get updates all day long on the curriculum, the food he is eating, when he sleeps and of course alot of pictures. The director Kerrianne and assistant director Aileen are amazing. They are very professional when we need to talk either on the phone or in person.They are doing a very good job practicing covid cleanliness and protocols. I would recommend Fairview Kindercare to anyone who is looking for a loving positive environment.

  Honestly my experience with this center has been rough. Their responses to covid have been sub-par. They allowed a teacher to come in with symptoms who ended up being positive and it had to be shut down for a while. Prior to going to this center my toddler was doing great with masks and had no issue keeping it on his face- he thought it was fun to look like a ninja. I've seen them tell him as I come in that he doesn't have to wear it on his nose and saw them scoot it down on his face. Now I can't get him to wear them properly anymore. There is almost never anyone in the lobby and just trying to get someone's attention to do drop off or pick up is awful. The kids seem to be left unattended at times with just an ipad propped up on the shelf. The teachers have been generally rude throughout the whole time. When I asked about the children who appeared to be left alone i was told the teacher was right in there even though the kids were obviously looking for a teacher and unable to find one. When I asked about the masks they blatantly lied to me and told me they were not doing that when i've seen it myself and the staff there is extremely inconsistent with wearing them as well. I see them not wearing masks or wearing them around their chins frequently. They would consistently decide not to give him his asthma medicine after multiple times of me asking them to please not forget CAUSE HE CANT BREATHE WITHOUT IT. They also took it upon themselves to teach my son to call a transgender member of my family by terms that they are not comfortable with, that they had no business enforcing or teaching him and it was honestly gross and disrespectful. My son never called him by female-gendered terms before going here and despite what anyone believes about that, it's not their place to do that. I took my son out of this daycare weeks ago because of it all and we won't be coming back. I don't think they have any respect for the fact that they are dealing with others people's children.
