  We couldn’t be happier with this daycare! From the very first day, the staff made our daughter feel safe, welcomed, and loved. It gave us such peace of mind knowing she was in a nurturing and caring environment. The teachers are incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely invested in the children’s development. We’ve seen such amazing growth in our daughter’s social skills, confidence, and communication since she started. She comes home happy and can’t wait to go back the next day — which says everything. The facility is always clean, organized, and full of engaging activities that keep the kids learning and having fun. We also really appreciate the consistent communication and updates; it makes us feel connected and reassured throughout the day. Thank you to the entire team for creating such a positive and supportive space for our little one. We are truly grateful and highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for a caring and enriching environment for their child.

  This Daycare is very disgusting. The center director and Assistant director Darci and Ashley are so big on safety and health but were told there center might be bedbugs infected. They aren’t informing other parents they also didn’t close down to get the building cleaned out just in case it is bedbugs in the building. I was informed some children came with what appears to be bedbug bites all over them and Darci and Ashley still allowed them to return to daycare. This is a very unsanitary environment and very concerning, Something needs to be done by an higher up because Darci and Ashley are doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!! I WILL NOT BE ENROLLING MY CHILD AT THIS KINDERCARE EVER!!

  I cannot say enough wonderful things about Kindercare in Des Plaines. Every single day, my daughter walks in with a huge smile on her face and leaves just as happy—sometimes even reluctant to go because she’s having such a great time! As a parent, there is no better feeling than knowing your child is not only safe but truly thriving. The care and attention provided by Mrs. Darcy and her incredible team is nothing short of exceptional. They are warm, nurturing, and genuinely invested in each child’s happiness and development. Yesterday, when I came to pick up my daughter, I walked in to find the whole group singing together—it absolutely melted my heart. These are the kinds of moments that reassure me I made the right choice. My daughter is my everything, and I am extremely confident and comfortable leaving her in the hands of such compassionate and dedicated caregivers. The staff is always engaged, attentive, and full of positive energy. I could not be happier with the level of care they provide. Thank you, Kindercare Des Plaines, for creating such a joyful and loving environment for my little one!
