  This location I can say has a great team of girls who genuinely care about all the children who attend. I know when I leave my little she is well cared for and having fun. The center Director Amber has a innate ability to sense how her teachers would fit in within the center and does a really great job bringing in the right type of person for that position. If something comes up Amber is right on it and it's tooken care of. There is a sense of family here with everyone and it feels very reassuring. Every time my little ages out of her classroom I can't seem to believe we could love the next teacher as much as the last, but we do! Children have a good sense of people and my little runs into daycare ready to start her day with her teacher and friends. They have worked with us through my littles drop off tantrums(soon as I am outta sight it's over lol) but because all the teachers are gentle and caring it made it easier and now she runs in there. I will be sad one day when she ages out all together but what wonderful memories we have and lots of pictures of them! I would recommend this daycare location to anyone. Amber has a strong team shes built and I'm glad we found them :)) I cannot forget to address how much my little has learned and everyday they do fun activities. She would not be at this level without all the hands on learning shes had.

  Worst daycare I have ever been too. My kids thankfully don’t go here but wow . Numerous times I caught them on the phone not even interacting with the kids. I caught a teacher giving the kids hose water while outside. Each child’s taking turns one after The other. Disgusting 🤮 . The director should be ashamed of her employees and herself

  I’ve only been bringing my kids here for a few months but I love it and so do my kids. They enjoy going to school and have tons of fun! The teachers are great and very nice, they respond quickly and make sure to help you with any questions or concerns. I definitely recommend this daycare for any family looking for good care of their kids!

  I have 2 kids at KinderCare Berkshire! my oldest has been there since he was a fresh 3yr old with Miss Amber... Fastforward 4 years later and Miss Amber is preparing to have my youngest start in her class! This "daycare facility" has become our second family and my childrens "Safe Haven". Our family has gone though a lot of change over the years and the amazing staff here has truly helped us all... EVERY step of the way! I base my next move off of the face that my kids will still be coming here for after school. As a mom, I am beyond thankful for this amazing batch of humans who love my kids as their own when I am not there. THANK YOU KINDERCARE FOR OUR SUPERHERO STAFF!! Keep it up Mrs. K and Staff!!!
