This place is heaven sent! You’re not just getting a daycare you’re getting an actual learning center as stated. The curriculum created for the little ones is amazing and the level in which my son learns is great and he’s able to retain the knowledge. Ms.Jasmyn the center director goes above and beyond for these little people and she goes out of her way to make sure her parents are happy with the care of their children. I can’t say enough good things about her I’m so happy she’s the director! Ms. Ashley has been with my little one since his first day and I absolutely love her! The care and attention given to the children by her is exceptional. My son went from crying at drop off to crying when she’s not there! Ms. Lauren, Ms.Tawana even the latest edition to staff is great. These are educators and care givers you can leave your children with and have peace knowing that they’re been well taken care of and if you want to see what’s happening throughout the day like me lol, you can just log into the app and see what your little one is up to for the day. Amazing amazing amazing place to have your child learn and advance if I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you to all the beautiful staff at Kindercare West Beverly, my son will be there until he can’t be there anymore.

Parents, be very careful before enrolling your child at KinderCare West Beverly. This center is completely unorganized, misleading, and unprofessional when it comes to payments and communication. I toured on September 2nd and enrolled my son on September 4th. I told them upfront that I was with the Illinois Action for Children (IDHS) program and could not afford full tuition. They promised multiple times that it wouldn’t be an issue and that my reduced rate would stay the same as my previous daycare. They told me to wait two weeks for IDHS processing before bringing my son, and I did exactly that. After two weeks, I checked in again and was told to “just wait a little longer,” but not to worry — that everything would be handled. I made it clear over and over that I could not pay full tuition, and they reassured me it was fine. My son finally started on September 25th, and by October 8th (barely two weeks later), they said his teacher “didn’t have the support she needed” and that my son was “difficult.” This was a huge red flag, considering he’s had no problems at his previous daycare or his current school. The truth is, this center does not have enough qualified staff or patience to work with children who may need a little extra attention. Instead of helping, they make excuses. I pulled my son out, confirmed that I didn’t owe anything, and was told “everything was square.” Then a few weeks later, I received an $800 bill — for services they said were covered and a child who was only there a week and a half. When I called to resolve it, the person who made all those promises had conveniently “left the company,” and now no one wants to take responsibility. This place takes advantage of families, especially those using IDHS assistance. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs. They’ll tell you what you want to hear just to get you signed up, then hit you with a bill when it’s too late. They are unorganized, understaffed, and dishonest — exactly the opposite of what a childcare center should be.

My son has been attending West Beverly KinderCare since he was 13months. I was so skeptical about putting him in daycare with all of the horror stories you hear. Before he attended daycare, I put some much time and effort into my sons learning. I was very cautious of his environment. The day I went for his interview I was greeted by the assistant director Ms. Jasmyn. I told her I had 2 other daycares to see that day. Once the interview was over, she told me that I would be back and this was the best place for my son, and she was right. The following Monday my son started at KinderCare. It was very uncomfortable for my son as he cried the first 2 weeks, but thanks to his 3 teachers: Ms. Lauren, Ms. Yesenia and Ms. Blanca, they made those couple of weeks a smooth transition for my son and me. They were patience, attentive and understanding with my son and concerns. Ms. Lauren was so nurturing. Ms. Yesenia would talk to me every day when I picked up my son about his progress and Ms. Blanca corrects my son's behavior in a nurturing way which I love. I have to also give thanks to Ms. Jasmyn for telling me every day that "It was OK and that I got this. It's just the transition point and everything thing will be ok". Even though she was the assistant director, she was hands on with my son's daily transition. The 3rd week when I took my son to KinderCare, he saw his teachers and classmates down the hall. He instantly let my hand go and ran to them. In that moment I knew I made a good choice. My heart was broken and filled at the same time. This time my tears were tears of joy. Thank you to the staff of KinderCare.

Being a FTM I was nervous enrolling my baby into daycare. From the very beginning we were welcomed with open arms from the directors Johnetha and Jasmyn. Ms. Lauren and Ms. Yesenia has taken great care of my baby and he’s flourishing. Thank you guys for all that you do!!!

My daughter started attending Kindercare in the infant room, and has no transitioned to the toddler room. We have loved our experience here. It's amazing how many teachers from other classrooms know our daughter. It feels like a true community. I love all the pictures and videos we get throughout the day. She looks so comfortable in the toddler classroom, and I enjoy getting a detailed peak into what she's learning. She's learning the basics in both English and Spanish, which was important to me and my husband. While she was in the infant room, we appreciated how the teachers honored our schedule for our daughter so there wasn't a difference between home and daycare. They also helped us with transitions (ex: switching from bottles, changing naptimes, etc.) We feel the care and attention given to our daughter. This time in her life is so critical, and we know she's having a great experience.
