  Thinking of coming here? It has its up and downs, and I’m going to give one less star because of some issues I’ve had personally, but worked out with the staff who has been there for every frustration. This is a trade school not a traditional type of schooling, all the tools are given to us but it’s up to us personally to pay attention and ask questions. These instructors are MECHANICS they didn’t go to school to teach but if you ever feel you don’t have enough the instructors will always be there to help pick you up, huge shoutout to Gus, Dre, Lee and Torres. My one instructor I had issues with no longer teaches here and it’s an amazing learning experience just stay locked in and listen to them when they push you for those written exams. Their goal is to get us in the field and I feel that’s a very genuine goal from the staff

  The school can help you get FAA aviation maintenance technician certification. You can choose day or night shift. Very cool campus with a big hanger even you can play a retired military helicopter

  Teachers at this school DO NOT TEACH. Jerry literally is never in class. When he is in class, he’s either looking lost or talking about non aviation topics. The guy never taught us anything from day 1. He simply collects his check. If I’m lying ask his PM class. In addition to this, the school asks us every 5 blocks to review our teacher and learning environment. Why do that if no changes happen. Before I joined, I ignored the bad reviews. Don’t be like me. This school is a mess and it’s leadership.

  completed full course, fully licensed. To be quite honest if it wasnt for prior experience i have indoing any work in other fields, it couldnt be accomplished. Got sold in for around $53,000 for 21 months, told there would be a welding program to learn how to weld not a single alumni in my class learned how to weld. Im glad i am previously AWS certified and didnt have high hopes either way. The program was underfunded by the previous head of the school. They facilitate the paperwork and the pathway to get your license, but as far as learning how to do the actual work youre on your own, the ability and freedom of actually performing projects is limited to the resources the school has on hands. The material is faa approved textbooks, that are your only chance of surviving and learning something from this school, you better be a good reader if you want fo make it through, because instructors lack experience in the teaching field. Instructors were in and out, (laid off) and or rehired. Very unstable and unorganized program. Do not recommend attending this school unless you havent worked on anything with your hands in this past. You will struggle in the field.
