  The whole experience with this daycare is horrible. It's completely ran down; the classrooms are nasty. The teachers are rude. I've been charged a late fee every week since my son has been enrolled and the director still yet hasn't been able to give me an answer of how much I really owe. I made the worst decision ever putting my son in this center. The teacher told my sons grandmother that my son isn't actually dumb. What kind of feedback is that to a parent to a child with possible special needs? I received a video of my son and a teacher telling another child that his mom is going to kill her for getting paint on himself. I receive daily pictures of things that would not be accepted in a KLA center that I've previously worked for. The standards have completely dropped. The safety and wellness of my child is not being met receiving pictures of my son standing on furniture and playing on top of the garbage can. The tables are nasty. The teachers block sensory sensitive toys from children, so they don't mess up the room. My son had a mark from his eye to his hairline, and his teacher told me that she didn't know why he had it when it was clearly fresh. She clearly was not watching him. They do not write incident reports. They don't want to clean up as my son was also being told he is messing up the room at 18 months old. If I had the choice to give this center 0 stars I would.

  Absolutely LOVE that my son goes here!! All the staff members are amazing!! The first day I came in for orientation for my son, I felt like my son fit right in! All the kids took him in with open arms and even the greeting I get from the other kids it genuinely melts my heart!!! Feels good to know my son is in amazing care and I never have to worry!! Also what I absolutely love the most about having him here, they have an app! So our kids are literally in our hands all day!!! I love it!! I received pictures of all the activities he does, videos of him and the other kids dancing and learning new things and what they eat all day while at daycare!

  I had to place my baby when he was three months at Seneca kindercare. Miss Lakisha and Sandy helped our family to get used to the world of daycare. The teachers were nice and loving, taking a good care of my baby Luke. We could always see the pictures and activities they were doing with him through the app. We unfortunately had to transfer due to location reasons. I couldn’t thank Seneca Kindercare enough.

  I love the teachers here! I feel they really care about their students and are attentive, caring, and patient. I looked at different centers around my area and I instinctively knew this was the right fit for my son. Thanks to all the teachers and staff who make this learning environment perfect and fun for my son! He loves it here.
