We love this school. I have had 4 children attend this school. 2 of my children started in the infant room and still currently attend. Some of my children more challenging than others! The teachers are kind and patient. I feel confident that my children and being loved and taken care of while they are in the care of their teachers. I would recommend this school to anyone who wants to feel safe & know their child is having a great day! The staff is so accommodating and welcoming. We love our Kindercare teachers & office staff!

Batavia Kindercare will forever hold a special place in my heart. This building is truly full of some of the BEST humans you’ll ever meet. The genuine care they showed to our kids (and our whole family, honestly) for the past four years has been extraordinary. My kids were happy to walk through those doors every single day. We were always greeted by smiling staff members. The kids learned so much from the curriculum they used. The teachers made everything so fun! (Ms. Pam, our kids were talking about your St Patrick’s shenanigans JUST today- you created memories they’ll never forget). We took advantage of the phonics enrichment they offered (Ms. Alison, we love you!) All kids also received some Spanish curriculum, too! We received pictures, notes, and updates daily through their app. The directors, Ms. Rachna and Ms. Alyssa, are simply wonderful. They work so hard to make the center a true community, and we enjoyed all the daycare parties they hosted outside of normal hours to allow families to connect and socialize. Our kids were safe, well-fed (thank you, Ms. Jackie!), loved, and engaged every day. Leaving this place for elementary school was genuinely so difficult because of the relationships we built here. If you’re looking for a “home” for your littles, do not overlook this exceptional place.

I LOVE KinderCare. I have been taking my toddler to KinderCare since she was 9 months old. They are amazing people who make you feel welcomed and have really good communication about anything that goes on. I enjoy all the teachers that my daughter has they are so sweet and I feel good going to work knowing she is in a safe fun environment.

My heart absolutely breaks daily for the phenomenal of a godsend staff at kinderCare as I drop off my two angels……just knowing what Covid-19 has done to everyone lives… especially to school and daycare facilities ……simply because they are the true lovers of children and their phenomenal creativity as they grow…Now due to COVID, they have to watch god’s little angels creativity of forming an identity slowly be stifled by not being able to truly play outside because of the fear of death, not able to approach a new friend that comes into the daycare for the first time because they can’t see the smile under the mask… so the child lives in constant fear of judgement of others, the director absolutely loved hugging all the children as they came in…I always watch…but now I see her hold back tears, truly, as she is order to bark out instruction like a drill sergeant, that save lives, but saddens her heart because the children are slowly losing their true identities of creativity…So sorry if I over spoke but it is what I see and how I interpret things………love what kindercare and the entire staff stand for ……would absolutely recommend it 100% to all parents ……special thanks to Emily, and Cheyenne…a lot of us parents wish we could give your staff 10 stars but their can only be 5. Lol I know because I love standing in line!!!!

I would strongly recommend NOT placing your infant child in this facility. I visited this location and felt that this facility would be a great fit for our family, and I could not have been more wrong. My son was in the daycare for 8 weeks (16 weeks old) when he was scratched in the face 2 days in a row by a toddler. I spoke with the director who said "Things happen." She was very nonchalant and did not offer up any solutions until my husband and I pushed the issue. This is my second child and things do happen, however my number one concern is for the safety of my child. We (myself, my husband, and the director) put together a plan to this from occuring. The caregivers had failed to do their jobs on 2 separate occasions, and then 10 days after putting a plan together the same child bit my son and broke the skin. I felt horrible that I did not listen to my gut and remove my child. I was angry that the daycare neglected to keep a watchful eye on my baby. It took a over month for the top and bottom teeth marks to fade from my baby boy's arm. The director said she felt bad. Feeling bad does not keep my child safe. How hard is it to keep an eye on one child that continously attempts to scratch and bite a infant. Needless to say I removed my son that day. I don't know about the older age groups, but I wouldn't wish any new mom have this happen to their helpless infant.
