- SBStephanie BassJan 16, 20251.0The only, literally only, reason my son went here was because of the former Director. He was there for 2 months and I had to move him. She was overworked and practically running the place herself because the administration only cares about money and not about adequately staffing the establishment with trained professionals. I abstained from leaving a review until I saw the news today that a child was LEFT IN A BUS ON THEIR WATCH FOR 3 HOURS. I always said I was never going to go to a Kindercare and here’s why. We are all lucky she’s alive and well. Shame on you, Kindercare.

Being an anxious mom, Kelly and her teachers welcome my many questions/concerns via emails, phone calls and in person. They handle everything in such a caring manner and they give me the peace of mind I need to continue my day without a worry about my son. I have always felt comfortable talking to all the teachers who have cared for my son. I also love using the app. It gives me all the information about his day. It also gives you the option to send notes to the teachers(which of course I use). I love seeing the pictures the teachers post of the activities the children are currently exploring. My son is learning so much and he's truly happy there. Thank you Kelly and teachers for a job well done!

After day 3 we could see our child feeling comfortable in his new place. It's been close to 3 years now and we are very grateful to all his teachers for having shown him care, kindness and comfort being away from home. He knows all his teachers from the beginning of his time there and still talks about them. Thank you very much South Arlington Heights KinderCare Staff and Ms. Kelly for being so caring and kind to our kids. Great people make great places.
