The Director, Ms. Jackie and Assistant Director, Ms. Daisy are absolutely amazing!! I cannot speak more highly of the two of them. They are approachable, kind, supportive, and always on top of things. I know my child is in the best hands while here. I couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this location!

I should’ve knew when it was the 3rd day in and my child had bruises on her with no explanation whatsoever. So disorganized and communication sucks. Horrible director if you even want to call her that. Giving my child different cups that’s not hers and pacifiers just a complete mess then you ask them anything and they’re so lost like they don’t know what’s going on ever. If I can give less than 1 star trust me I would.

- SBStephanie BassJan 16, 20251.0The only, literally only, reason my son went here was because of the former Director. He was there for 2 months and I had to move him. She was overworked and practically running the place herself because the administration only cares about money and not about adequately staffing the establishment with trained professionals. I abstained from leaving a review until I saw the news today that a child was LEFT IN A BUS ON THEIR WATCH FOR 3 HOURS. I always said I was never going to go to a Kindercare and here’s why. We are all lucky she’s alive and well. Shame on you, Kindercare.
