  Changes at Kindercare happen with little notice and there is a poor follow-up plan to address them. I would not recommend this daycare. Unfortunately, it feels like they do not prioritize the kids or their families. Communication is consistently poor, leaving parents frustrated and in the dark about their child’s day. The 5-star reviews you see were from when this daycare was called BDLC. Back then, the staff did an amazing job, engaging the children, keeping parents informed, and creating a warm, supportive environment. Since Kindercare took over, things have changed drastically for the worse. Activities for the children are minimal, the nurturing atmosphere is gone, and overall, it’s just not the same. What was once a daycare that truly cared about kids and families now feels impersonal and disorganized. I cannot recommend this location in its current state.

  Our son has been at KinderCare for almost a year now and we love it! Great teachers and always a very clean and welcoming environment! Highly recommend!

  Our daughter has been in the toddler room and is currently in the preschool program. We are beyond happy with the care, learning, and overall experience we have had with Boise Daycare and Learning and now KinderCare. Miss Patty, Miss Ashley, and all of the teachers treat each child with love and understanding while enabling each child to explore and express themselves independently. We could not recommend a better daycare to trust your little ones too.

  Our son is in the infants room and we cannot say enough great things about our experience with Miss Laney, the Director patty and other staff that work with the infants. They are very friendly and take great care of our little one. We would highly recommend Boise KinderCare if you are in need of care for your little one.

  We have loved this school from day one they have been so helpful and so accommodating. We’re newer to the area and THE best decision we made moving to Idaho was enrolling our kids here. I do not trust with my kids easily and wanted a faith-based program which was our initial draw to this school and they have earned my trust, appreciation and respect. I absolutely love the teachers here as do my children. They truly care about what they’re doing and these kids and it shows!
