  We cannot express how much we adore the team at the West Des Moines KinderCare. Our son has been attending since he was 3. He is 5 now. The teachers care about the kids and the families and do everything to ensure their safety and well-being. They provide an incredible curriculum and my son has flourished well beyond our expectations. They take the time to work with each child and create fun lesson plans to engage the kids. Every day we drop him off there are never tears! The entire team- from the Director April, Assistant Director Lauren to Ms Amanda & the other teachers- goes above and beyond. We trust them 100% and know that they treat my son with the utmost respect and caring that we could ever ask for. We are very grateful to have found such a wonderful school for our son.

  My autistic daughter was going here for about 3 weeks and it seemed like a good fit for the first week and a half but as the days kept going on. It was clear they didn't want to deal with her and the severity of her autism, after reassuring us over and over that this was a good fit for her. My daughter's mother and me paid a lot for her to go here to ensure that she would be taken care of and in good hands. However, she was not and my daughter's mother ended up losing her income because of their inconsistently not only did they refuse to refund the day she was sent home early and the days they wouldn't let her attend it was a hassle to get back what they owed after they expelled her from the program. Not only that they flat out refused at first. The fact that they have to bribe the parents for positive Google reviews speaks volumes. I strongly do not recommend this place to anybody who loves their special needs children.

  Our daughter attends the infant room and we love the teachers. As first time parents they helped us feel welcomed and know our daughter is well cared for. They also always patiently answer our many questions!

  I have two kids that attend WDM Kindercare and I could not be happier with the level of care my children receive. The staff are friendly and truly care about the kids they care for. My daughter loves going to school and has learned so much during her time at this center. I love that Kindercare changes their learning curriculum on a regular basis to keep the kids interested and engaged. I also love that they offer a variety of healthy meals and snacks throughout the day. The staff updates the app regularly with meals, naps, bathroom breaks, photos and videos. I cannot imagine sending my kids anywhere else in the area. I trust the staff at this center and know they are doing a great job. Thank you WDM Kindercare!
