  10/10 recommend KinderCare West Lakes; the staff, director and assistant director are nothing but amazing! We started over 2 years ago here and have felt like family since day 1. Very caring, welcoming and all over a great facility. My kiddos absolutely love it here :)

  Please do not listen to Lily’s review. She has already been called out multiple times on several different sites. She first posted the bad reviews on Facebook, and when asked and questioned about the accusations, she refused to have convections and just deleted the posts. She was fired from KinderCare due to her poor employment status, hence the lashing out on KinderCare. She 100% needs to be reported for slander. KinderCare is amazing, especially this one. It is very professional, and they take the time to spend quality time with each kiddo. They will blow your app up with the most adorable photos of your kiddo. And they are always grinning ear to ear. KinderCare is amazing ❤️

  Our experience has been wonderful at kindercare. Their teachers and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and overall excellent with our baby. Choosing childcare can be a tough decision, especially when it’s for your first child - I’m glad we chose the Westlakes kindercare, as it’s helped put us at ease while I’ve transitioned back to work.
