insane behavior. disrespecting me and my spouse for me not being “in dress code” when i’m not even a student here at byuh. even refused to service us for something super small. wouldn’t listen to me saying i wasn’t a student. the way it was said was frankly rude and disrespectful. of course it wasn’t someone young who said this to us, definitely adds up. i will not be going back just to be questioned and provoked. if you look up the standards, non students don’t have to follow the same guidelines. be more respectful to students and their families!

Where do I even start? There are so many ways that security could effectively use their time but instead they choose to spend their time harassing students who have done absolutely nothing wrong. Watch out especially for the security guy in the minivan. He likes to target certain students based on their race. If you happen to be from the same country as him you can do whatever you want, he will turn a blind eye. I have unfortunately had several encounters with him and he is always very rude and makes irrational demands but refuses to explain why when asked. Do better campus security!
