Mrs. Uzunova and Ms. Dayan were incredibly caring, creative, and truly took the time to understand my child’s personality, interests and learning style. They made learning fun and organized wonderful holiday celebrations. I’m so grateful for the care, dedication, and energy they brought to the classroom. The entire staff at the school is warm, professional, and supportive. Highly recommend!

My son attended this school October 16th, and 10 days later pulled me aside in the hallway and addressed that they could not work with my son being potty trained. Proceeded to let me know they’ve assessed my child and let me know my son isn’t a fit for their school. Gave me an options then and there to take him with me or pay for the end of the week this happened on Tuesday. It was only 10 DAYS he had attended Primerose West. You cannot asses a child 10 days after him being in a completely new environment. The same day she gave me the option to take him then or pay, I obviously had to pay because that was EXTREMELY last minute. On the same day they are removing my son later that day, I received a call saying my son used racial slur, which is absolutely absurd. How ironic the same day you’re letting me know to withdraw my son, now he’s saying cuss words? Completely unprofessional and I will make sure to post on every single review page and spread the word. I have never in my life heard my son say one cuss word, let alone any derogatory comments. He just turned 3 years old, and is around a very diverse family. I hope my review can help any parent because this school is completely without a doubt the most disappointing school my son has ever went to. (My child has been in school since he was 10 weeks old)
