We were recommended this school by a friend and we really like it. Our 1yo has curriculum and goes outside and plays. He gets all his energy out. He socializes and learns new words all the time. The teachers are so sweet and there’s not a lot of turnover. We heard this is a problem at most child care centers. Our teachers have stayed consistent while we’ve been here and that’s something we really appreciate.

if i could give less that a star I WOULD. My review is coming a bit late but i wanted to make sure that my little assimilated properly into the ne school to be able to give my full review. Ms. Maria, Ms. Jameah, and Ms. Tanzeel are all wonderful. My issue is with the untrained, unprofessional, inattentive, rude, disrespectful, nonchalant, "afterschool" helper (I don't know what to call these literal children).
1. My son learned absolutely nothing. Everything I taught him, he forgot in a span of 5 months because their approach is to teach them when they "seem" ready.
2. One day I came in to pick up my high energy talkative son. I walked in the classroom and noticed him just laying on the floor with other kids running around him and playing. I asked the "teacher" what was wrong and her response was "I know right! he's just been laying there and not really playing" I checked my child who was extremely hot to the touch and eyes puffing up. No one called me to say anything was wrong or even showed concern. I took my son to the hospital and he had RSV.
3. A couple weeks later, I went to pick my son up and noticed he was wearing clothes that I did not pack for him. I asked where he got the clothes from and "teacher" told me "oh from his bookbag" and rolled her eyes. I told her that was not possible because the clothes he was wearing did not belong to him. She then blamed my 3 year old who could not read at the time, that he went and got his bag (for context all the children have the same bag) . I repeated so my child who cant read, went and READ his name on the bag and brought it to you... I also asked if she even knew his name because THE BAG WAS NOT HIS. At the end of it all she had the biggest attitude but was loud and wrong. To make matters worse. She sent the pee soaked clothes home in ANOTHER child's bag. not even the wrong bookbag she took the pants from. Mind you, All the bags are labeled.
That was it. I left. Now my son is in a healthy environment where he is learning, attended to and the teachers are amazing. If you are looking for that, its not at Primrose Suwanee
