We had such a wonderful experience at Primrose School of Smyrna West. My only regret is not enrolling my son sooner so he could have had more time with his amazing teachers, friends, and the caring staff. The love and attention they showed, along with how much he learned and grew, truly exceeded our expectations. We are forever grateful for the foundation they’ve given him and highly recommend Primrose Smyrna West to any family.

Management is very unprofessional. They treat their employees with little respect and do nothing to improve the toxic work environment that exists. They pick and choose who to give fair wages to based on what I can only presume to be favoritism as there is no clear difference in qualifications or experience. They also have failed to notify parents of the maltreatment of their children by some staff members. There have been incidents of staff abusing their power and depriving children of basic necessities due to behavioral issues. It is clear that they do not effectively manage nor properly care for their staff as well as disregard basic childcare protocols. I do not recommend you enroll your child in this school.

The new owners at this location are unethical and unprofessional. They employ staff that are wonderful, amazing and caring individuals, however they treat these same employees with minimal respect and integrity. No employee past or present should have their business put on display for public ridicule. Moreover, no parent should ever receive an email stating "your child's teacher has been fired due to violating our company policy". Especially when the "violation" had nothing to do with the children in any way. I believe that the way a company treats its employees is a direct reflection of the company itself.

We have one child that currently goes to Primrose Smyrna West and one that has graduated. My wife and I are so impressed with the teachers, management team, and the overall school in general. From the very friendly welcomes in the morning by staff members to knowing our child is in a very safe and nurturing environment is exactly what we want as parents. Our son actually cries when he has to leave in the afternoon because he does not want to leave his teachers and friends. Additionally, having three (3) teachers in each classroom brings the ratios down for more small group interaction. Other schools cannot say this about their teachers/classrooms We love this school and most importantly so does our son. We know there is not another childcare comparison in the market because we checked them out.
