  Primrose is outstanding to me. I feel they are very clean and on top of things. They are always so welcoming with great energy as soon as step in the door. They make the transition from parent to daycare so easy. I love all of the learning and skills my child receives at Primrose. They off great food from the chef. They have a very nice outside play area. I also wanted to mention the office staff is always helpful and answer the phone 99% of the time. They are quick to inform you of emergency or if your little one is note feeling well. I love Primrose.

  I have two children Currently attending this school and they are so amazing the make my kids feel really comfortable make drop in the mornings easier when they are still tired and sleepy and our helping my babies educational so much nothing but good things to say about Ms. Janell, Ms. Roni, and Ms Vakisha

  I enrolled my daughter here for a year because I liked the fact that I could enter the building and walk my daughter to and from class after Covid restrictions had been lifted. And upon having a tour, she loved the school and we both were comfortable and happy with what we saw. While my daughter was here her teachers abruptly decided to resign together, which was a red flag. Thankfully she received great replacements but I was still not happy with my daughter having to get use to 2 new people in the middle of the school. Towards the end of the school year I was flooded with reoccurring emails about REENROLLMENT and how it was MANDATORY in order for your child to be guaranteed a slot for the next school year. Due to me not wanting my child to return, I did not reenroll. I was charged for June/ summer. I called and asked why if the school year ends in august and I in fact did not reenroll. Runeet, the owner, stated that in the contract it states that they must receive a 30 day written notice. Which it true. After months of having my child enrolled that 1 clause in the contract in mentioned once. I feel as if it should’ve been mentioned again in the numerous emails I received about reenrolling as well to ensure the myself and other parents aren’t charged for time our kids aren’t spending at a school. I was charged tuition for the month of June even though my child did not attend. June 1st I emailed Runeet, the owner. She assured me that July 1st will be documented as her last day and that I would not be charged for July. Here it is July and I received a invoice to be charged tuition for a school my daughter hasn’t attended in over a month. It is upsetting that I have to continuously follow up with this matter. It feels like a scam.

  Great Infant Staff. I especially love that they have a curriculum for infants. Infant room staff are so loving, provides tons of pictures and updates throughout the day. We LOVE it here!
