Primrose School of Sandy Springs South is an accredited daycare located in the Sandy Springs area that offers infant, toddler, preschool, pre-kindergarten and after school programs. For over 40 years Primrose preschools has been a trusted household name and a nationally recognized daycare provider committed to forging a path that leads to a brighter future for all children.
I will definitely recommend Primrose School of Sandy Springs South to my friends. I visited about ten schools before choosing Primrose, and I’m so happy with my decision.
1. I really appreciate that the school updates its menu regularly — that’s very important to me. I think it’s the only school where children are served fresh fruits.
2. I also love their educational program. It’s well-structured, and all the teachers follow it closely, which helps parents know what to expect.
Ms. Victoria and MS. Erika put so much effort into teaching the children. My son already knows all his letters and has started trying to read, which is such a big step for his age!

I had a very disturbing experience at Primrose. The staff fabricated a story claiming that my daughter made a very troubling statement, which was completely untrue. To make matters even worse, the school introduced an inappropriate topic to my daughter something I have never discussed with her at home. As a result, she has been left traumatized and now requires therapy. This is beyond unacceptable and shows a complete lack of judgment and responsibility on their part. During a private conversation, her teacher, Vakisha, even asked me directly if I believed my daughter had ADHD. This is entirely inappropriate and unprofessional, as she has no right or qualifications to attempt to diagnose a child.
On multiple occasions, when I arrived to pick up my daughter, I found her sitting alone in the library what they considered the “quiet space”while the other children were allowed to play freely. Her lead teacher, Vakisha, also described my child as “draining” and “disruptive,” and even suggested that I take her out of school for a break. This behavior is unacceptable for any educator. A teacher’s responsibility is to guide, support, and nurture not to isolate or stigmatize a child.
The administration showed no regard for respect or professionalism. The owner, Raneet, often displayed a rude and dismissive attitude. She speaks to parents in any manner she chooses, presents herself as though everything is fine, yet operates with ulterior motives. Instead of conducting fair evaluations, the administration simply sides with whatever the teachers say, regardless of how inappropriate or harmful it may be.
After these incidents, I sent an email formally withdrawing my daughter from the school. The administration never responded, nor did they attempt to follow up with me. At no point during our meetings or through email communication did they offer any solutions, support, or willingness to address the concerns I raised. This complete lack of accountability and communication further reflects the school’s disregard for both children and parents.
Overall, my experience with this school was extremely disappointing and disturbing. I would not recommend entrusting them with the care or education of any child.

Will never refer them to anyone! They will go through proper procedures and have compliance go over policy just to get you in the door. This place is in compliant! The worst franchise

We had a wonderful experience with the Primrose team! They set the bar high for what care could look like for our little guy. We saw continued learning and development as he moved from the infant classes to the toddler programs, truly enjoying the environment and staff. He was excited to go to school each day to see his friends and hug his teachers. The staff members and teachers really care about each individual child and what makes them unique, going above and beyond to make them feel special. We made a transition to another school solely based on location to our home / offices and it has reinforced how great Primrose is - diligent in care, kindness, and communication! We would highly recommend!
