Primrose Roswell North has been such an amazing experience for our family! Our daughter starts clapping and squeals with joy when we take her out of the car to head into school each morning. The infant teachers are angels and take such great care of our little girl. We know she is safe, happy, loved and growing so much when she’s with her sweet teachers. The school is very well run, impeccably clean, organized and the communication is so great. All of the teachers and staff are so kind and it’s evident they love what they do. We are so pleased we chose PRN as our baby’s first school experience!

I have had the pleasure of experiencing the first experience with childcare with my little 2 yo. I love the school, the care, the dedication, the support, and the attention that my child received. My son had never been to school prior, so I and he was a bit nervous at first. They sent photos and videos of him during school and this eased my anxiety. My son was well fed, and his dietary needs were met. I love this school and I hope other families share my sentiment when it comes to the quality of this school and the teachers that work here.

This center discriminates against kids with special needs! Before our scheduled tour we were told by Ms. Pilar we would be able to enroll our child into the older preschool class because there wasn’t any spots for him in the younger preschool class. When we arrived my son immediately started having maladaptive behaviors towards the new environment. Due to him being non-verbal he expressed his sensory overload by screaming. My husband and I tried to calm him down as well as Ms. Pilar. However when the director Ms. Leigh called us to the back she began to try and talk us out of enrolling at the center by first stating that she doesn’t know if the state would allow her to enroll our son, even though she has over “30 years experience” in childcare it seems she would know the state rules by now, also we were there for private pre-k. Secondly, by suggesting we look into alternative options such as other centers or state funded programs. Then lastly by not even initiating the tour we were there for to begin with! My son can’t help he is diagnosed with autism. I’m thankful he’s too young to understand the discrimination and brush off he received during our visit… Also, the diversity amongst the students was non existent from what we were able to see. So honestly I’m not sure if it was his autism or his skin color… Thankfully after we left, we were received with open arms at Kindercare Childcare where they have teachers on staff that have no problem interacting with kids with special needs. My son had no behaviors during our visit at Kindercare. It has been said that kids can feel bad energy and will let you know one way or another. I would not recommend this location to anyone!

We have been a part of the Primrose Roswell family since 2015 with our daughter and 2017 with our son. I could not think of a better place for our children to spend the day. The staff is caring and loving and always has a focus on the kids, their success and education. The curriculum is 2nd to none, the facility is fantastic (including the impressive playground) and the staff has remained constant - several of our kids' teachers were the same years later. We are very happy here!

I have an extremely safety-oriented husband, and these are the only folks he trusts to watch our daughter. And she loves it, too!
