CASA Schools is a six-month mentor/externship program designed for future chefs, restaurant owners and others interested in the culinary arts.
Students apprentice inside Bistro VG Roswell, GA while they learn in one-on-one sessions with the restaurant's chef, Jordan Chen. Bistro VG features French entrees. This hands-on, real world mentor/extern method of education is ideal, especially when paired with our online curriculum.
24 weekly lessons cover everything from menus and recipes to purchasing meats, poultry, game, dairy, eggs and dry goods to preparing stocks, sauces, soups, salads and breads to professional cooking techniques for a wide variety of entrees.
