I just wanted to take a moment to express how truly amazing Grace is as a teacher. From the very beginning, it’s so clear that she has a genuine passion for what she does. She goes above and beyond to make sure her students feel supported, encouraged, and confident in themselves. Grace has such a sweet and caring personality — she treats everyone with kindness, patience, and respect, and you can tell she genuinely loves helping others learn and grow.
Her dedication doesn’t just stop at teaching; she takes the time to really connect with her students on a personal level, making sure they feel valued and understood. She creates such a positive and uplifting environment, where everyone feels comfortable to express themselves and do their best. It’s rare to find someone as genuine, loving, and committed as Grace, and it’s clear that her passion and heart shine through in everything she does.

DO NOT SEND YOUR CHILD HERE . This place also has a major lawsuit headed their way. They handle children inappropriately, especially An employee there named “Grace.” The owner Nancy is so strange and just this daycare in general is appalling. I cannot get into more detail due to pending litigation but do NOT send your child here.

Adding again because my review was ‘taken down’ or hidden.
I believe Primrose may be suitable for families who are comfortable with a slower, less proactive approach to addressing their child’s needs. However, for families with children experiencing behavioral challenges or potential cognitive and developmental delays, the lack of urgency and appropriate intervention is deeply concerning. This environment places children at risk of injury due to inadequate protections for both staff AND students.
In my experience, this has been one of the most negligent workplaces I have encountered. With several years in behavioral health, it is disheartening to witness children being denied the level of care and attention they deserve. Teachers are left to struggle with burnout while leadership remains disengaged and prioritizing office conversations over actively supporting classrooms.
Lastly, the resources and routines in place fail to meet the standards of quality care. Broken ac systems, torn/missing books, broken/missing toys, food portions are minimal, illnesses constantly present without proper cleaning practices, and children are frequently moved from class to class without meaningful adjustment periods or consideration for their developmental needs. This clearly shows a prioritization of tuition revenue over the safety, well-being, and comfort of the children and staff members here.
Some of my former fellow teachers were great to work alongside but the lack of leadership support consistently undermined our efforts. Some of them are dedicated, compassionate, and deeply invested in the children yet their work is overshadowed by systemic neglect and extremely poor management practices. Ultimately, no matter how committed individual teachers may be, without effective leadership and adequate resources, the quality of care suffers. This is why I chose to part ways. Best of luck to them. As far as leadership? Do better.

As a first time mom, Primrose has made me feel safe and confident with my daughter being there. The entire staff.. not just her teachers provide so much care to my daughter. I love the communication while inside the classroom and from admin staff.
The teachers are very hands on and have learned my daughter’s non verbal cues, her mannerism, and anticipate her needs. My daughter has gone through a lot of developmental stages while at Primrose and the teachers ALWAYS made it feel normal and “oh this is just her being two.”
Again, being a first time Mom.. EVERY CHANGE seems like a concern lol.
I am looking forward to my daughter growing and thriving until first grade!!
