  Our family recently moved to the area from out of state and trying to find childcare in an unfamiliar area can be so stressful! I called around and emailed many daycares in the area but Ms. Jackie made the decision so easy. From the very beginning, she was so knowledgeable, was able to answer all my questions on the spot, and she was so prompt and professional in all of her responses and interactions. She accommodated our moving situation and we did a video chat to tour the daycare. My daughter loves going to Primrose everyday and she talks about her teachers all the time. All the staff are so friendly and they seem to know all the parents! It’s such a warm, welcoming place. I appreciate the clear, consistent communications from the staff via emails and messages on the app. I also appreciate the safety precautions they have in place (accessing the buildings and the check in/out process). The teachers are also on top of things and notify us a few days in advance if they’re running low on supplies, giving us ample notice to run to the store. And I really appreciate how structured the classrooms are and I have comfort in knowing that my daughter is learning actual pre-academic content in her early toddler classroom. Even though she’s only 2yrs old, I prefer this to a daycare where it feels like a lot unstructured and just babysitting. My daughter comes home with new skills and knowledge. I like that they have a curriculum they follow and they have creative ways of engaging little learners for their developing minds! As someone in the field of education, I also value the fact that part of Primrose’s curriculum focuses on social/emotional learning and teaching little ones about self regulation and emotions. And as a parent, I am so grateful that the teachers are sooo great about the updates and pictures they post on the app so we can check in throughout the day. When we started toilet training at home, the staff was so excited for us and they worked with us to reinforce and promote self independence. Primrose provides predictability and consistency, which are so important in their early years for their learning and for them to feel safe. Every morning, my daughter knows she goes in and knows the entry routine. They also seem to have a low staff turnover rate, which is always a good sign! The teachers there seem devoted to their jobs, and we haven’t seen many teacher changes in my daughter’s classes. As with any daycare/preschool, there are germs and kids will inevitably get sick, but the teachers do their best to make sure all the kids wash their hands and try to contain any big illnesses. The rooms and the building always look clean. And lastly, I also want to highlight that Primrose also seems to emphasize community and family involvement. They host family friendly events and ask for parent participation which feels very inclusive to me. I’m so grateful we found and chose Primrose! I know childcare can be so expensive, but having my daughter attend Primrose gives us such a peace of mind knowing that she’s safe, happy, cared for, AND she’s learning so much! Couldn’t ask for more from a daycare.

  We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this school. The positive impact it has had on our son’s life is truly amazing we’ve seen so much growth, confidence, and happiness in him since he started here. The teachers and staff are incredibly friendly, supportive, and genuinely care about the children and their success. They create such a welcoming and encouraging environment, and it really shows in how the students thrive. As a family, we’ve had nothing but a wonderful experience, and we’re so grateful to be part of such a fantastic school community. If I was to score this school, I would say 100/10 highly recommend!!!

  This school is fabulous. Want the best care for your child or baby? Look no further - this is it. I’ve had many experiences with different child care centers, and truly, this is where you will get top tier care for your littles. Mina, Olivia, and Kathy in the infant room are incredibly kind and loving. All of the staff are amazing as well. I walk away after drop off knowing my son is safe, loved, and in great hands.

  Primrose at Macland Pointe has been such a great place for our family! Both of our children have attended since they were young toddlers, and the love and care they have received is amazing. The teachers and staff here genuinely care about our children. Their private Pre-K also does a fantastic job at preparing children for Kindergarten. Both of our kids were more than prepared for that transition and were ahead of the game when it came to reading, writing, math, and all of the soft skills that come with the transition to elementary school. Our oldest still loves to visit occasionally when we pick up our youngest. The staff makes her feel so special because they remember her time there and love to catch up with her about life after Primrose.

  If you’ve never had daycare experience with your kids, this is the place for you! My oldest didn’t go to school till pre-k so I was really nervous with starting my youngest at 17 mos old. The enrollment was simple, the orientation and tour was perfect to get me and my little one introduced to the teachers and school. Our teachers Ms. Jazmine and Ms. Natasha are amazing! I give so much credit to them for how my daughter has settled into school. They are always attentive, engaging and supportive with her. I love getting the checkins and the app they use (it’s SO much easier that what I’ve used before in schools w my oldest). Everyone from the front office, passing in the hallway and other teachers in the school are all bright, welcoming with a personal touch everyday we arrive at school. I think the energy and positivity when you walk in and leave each day is another reason she’s settled in so quickly and has been well adjusted. She knows she’s going to see friends, the teachers always have a lesson plans, fun activities and have great outdoor playgrounds for fresh air time. Having meals included is also a weight lifted! They’re always healthy and I’m so impressed with how the teachers organize the kids. They are always so cute sitting at the tables with each other and I can tell they’re having fun. I’m a single mom without a support system and overall, this experience would have been very different without the amazing staff at this school. I’m grateful the timing and availability was open when I was searching. I look forward to keep seeing my girl bloom and grow with Primrose at Macland Pointe! I highly recommend this school!!
