I am rating the center 4 stars because majority of the staff are friendly!, even random teachers passing by. :) however i was a bit taken aback by my child's teachers actions. I'm not going to embarrass anyone by naming them directly (my daughter is in Prek B and I was having a conversation with her Lead teacher). It's clear that being dismissed mid-conversation is a recurring habit of hers. This the 2nd time I've tried talking to his teacher and she walks away to acknowledge someone else in the middle of our conversation. I hope my child never picks up this behavior from his teacher.

Been at this day care for 6-7 years. My oldest attended here when he was 6 now soon to be 13 so he’s no longer here. My middle son was here from 8weeks-4 years old and now my 7 month old goes here. Mr. Antonio always looks out for my family, listens to concerns and addresses them. Ms. Chyna is the nicest most caring teacher she is attentive, hands on and really addresses concerns. Ms. Patricia is sweet and also attentive. Love Ms. Hewatt she was my middle sons teacher. And Ms. Olga is very sweet my middle child has a lot of allergies and she remembered what he could and couldn’t have.

I am writing to express serious concerns about the behavior and conduct of Mrs. Danielle, a staff member at kindercare. My recent experiences with her have raised multiple red flags regarding her professionalism, attitude, and treatment of both children and parents. Mrs. Danielle has consistently demonstrated a lack of patience and compassion that is essential when working in a childcare environment. On several occasions, I have witnessed or been informed of her speaking harshly to the children, showing visible frustration rather than providing nurturing care. This kind of behavior not only creates a negative atmosphere but can also have a long-term emotional impact on the children. Furthermore, her communication with parents has been dismissive and at times even rude. Concerns brought to her attention are often brushed off without genuine resolution or follow-up. This lack of accountability is deeply troubling, especially in a setting where trust and transparency are crucial. I strongly urge you to investigate these matters and take appropriate action to ensure that the children in your care are in a safe, supportive, and respectful environment. The quality of staff directly affects the well-being of every child and the peace of mind of every parent. Let’s talk about Mr. Antonio — the so-called “director” of the daycare, though chaos seems to be the only thing he actually manages. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear this place is running on fumes and denial. Kids are running wild, staff look stressed out and unsupported, and Mr. Antonio? Nowhere to be found. Maybe he’s hiding in his office, maybe he’s on an extended coffee break — no one really knows. Communication? A joke. If you manage to get a response from him, it’s usually vague, dismissive, or late. He doesn’t seem to understand the basic needs of children or staff. Supplies go missing, schedules are a mess, and when problems come up, he either blames someone else or acts like it’s the first time he’s hearing about it — even though it’s the fifth time it’s been brought up. Morale among the team is low, because who can thrive under a director who doesn’t lead, support, or even show basic empathy? Parents are frustrated, staff turnover is high, and honestly, the only thing holding the place together is the dedication of the workers despite Mr. Antonio. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
