My daughter has been attending Primrose since she was 10 months old, and we’ve had a wonderful experience over the years. Like many parents, I was initially concerned about the absence of live cameras. However, the school quickly eased my worries with their consistent communication and frequent photo updates throughout the day via their app. One of the major deciding factors for our family was that their pricing includes snacks and meals—something that adds both convenience and value. The staff at Primrose are truly exceptional. They’re always warm and welcoming, greeting us every time we enter or leave the building. They are also very proactive and prompt when it comes to reporting any incidents or illnesses, which we really appreciate. Now that my daughter is in the Early Pre-K class, we’ve seen such incredible growth in her. She comes home each day excited, often using new words she’s learned. The teachers have also been wonderful in supporting her through potty training, making the process so much smoother for our family. We’re so grateful to have found a daycare that not only cares for our child but actively contributes to her development and happiness.

Primrose has been an excellent choice for my nephew! The staff was transparent and kind from day one, and our whole family couldn't be happier. Choosing a school for your child is one of the most important choices you will make as a parent, and it certainly is not easy. Being able to trust the team is very important, and Duluth West has been amazing. If you are considering a new school, at least tour this place.

After a four month maternity leave I needed to find a daycare that I could fully trust with the care of my baby. I visited several daycares that I did not feel comfortable with, but once I found Primrose I knew that I could go back to work and know that my daughter was taken care of. Miss Maria is an amazing teacher in the infant room and clearly cares for all of the babies. I've been impressed with all of the one on one time and individual care that my daughter has received and it shows with her development. The updates and photos on the app give me peace of mind that I know exactly what is going on throughout the day and I can give my demanding job my full attention while I'm working. I would highly recommend Primrose to anyone looking for a daycare.

We have been at this school almost 5 years, and I simply adored most of the teachers. There may have been a few I wasn't crazy about, but I never thought any were bad. My kids certainly love their teachers. We've had two kids go through the infant room, and I don't believe you can find teachers that care for and love your kids more than Maria and Janet. They are simply amazing. Some of the other reviewers seem to have been employees that say that tours are staged, but I frequently drop in at random times without notice when I'm in the area, and I've never walked into anything but a wonderful environment for my kids. Not everything is perfect here, but nothing ever is. The few mishaps along the way were forgivable, and I have always felt like my children are safe and healthy here. If you're worried about fake tours and reviews, try asking a few parents what they think.
