  We've been very happy with the Buckhead KinderCare. The staff is friendly and they're always treating our daughter (newborn to infant) incredibly well. Everyone on the staff knew her name and said hello when we'd arrive. Our daughter really enjoyed going there. They truly care for the kids. We would have kept her there for years if it wasn't for an upcoming move. The teachers and the directors are all amazing. 5 stars!

  My granddaughter just completed Pre-K and I can honestly say that we could not have asked for a more pleasant, positive Pre-K experience. Mrs. Kimberly and Mrs. Pam are genuine, loving, professional educators. Just yesterday, my granddaughter was in the store when a Spanish speaking young lady spoke to her and not only did she respond in Spanish, she had an entire conversation in Spanish with the young lady! That is all credited to Buckhead Pre-K B educators! I was so proud! Thank you again for being phenomenal!

  My daughter has made a friend in her class and that’s the only positive review I have. Ms. Kim and Ms . Pam need to retire they’re clearly tired , low energy and have no patience for these toddlers . I don’t think they realize we can hear you yelling at the kids in the videos you post to the daily report app. Also my daughter has come home telling me about their tone and how they speak to the kids……As a former teacher this experience didn’t feel like preschool more like a day care for 5 year olds. They’re not even having a cap and gown award ceremony for these babies. Idk if they’re severely underfunded or what. Let’s not get started on what they’ve been feeding these babies on the daily . I would rather pack my child’s lunch or pay the $25 so they can get better options. I don’t like conflict so I don’t say much but I’m so happy this experience is coming to an end and my daughter can go to Kindergarten now

  As a mom, I couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible experience my 1-year-old daughter and I have had with KinderCare Buckhead. From the very beginning, the care and attention the staff has shown has been nothing short of amazing. It’s such a comforting feeling to know that every day she’s in a place where she’s not only safe and loved, but also learning and growing so much. What truly warms my heart is how my daughter lights up when we arrive—she knows everyone’s name and genuinely loves being there. It’s a testament to how nurturing and engaged the teachers and staff are. She’s hit so many milestones since starting at KinderCare, and I can see her confidence and curiosity blossoming each day. I’m beyond thankful for the kindness, patience, and dedication of everyone at KinderCare Buckhead. You all have become such an important part of our lives, and we deeply appreciate everything you do. Thank you for giving my daughter such a wonderful foundation and making every day feel like home.

  This facility is unhelpful and unprofessional. They will not give you answers to your questions, instead they stall or give you open ended responses. My child goes there, it was chosen by his mother. When I go in to ask questions they violate my legal rights by denying me the paperwork I ask for. They “supposedly” keep a tight record on things but do not require parents to sign their child in or out. When asked for a copy of his attendance record, I was told that per company policy, that documentation needed to be subpoenaed by a attorney. When I spoke to my attorney they said they wouldn’t do that with a case that isn’t opened. The excuses are endless and the actual results are nothing.
