I felt a good sense of community when the franchise owner was helping out at the front desk and getting to know us on a more personal level. The tour was educational with information on programs/curriculum as well as allowing me to meet and interact with the wonderful staff. I feel confident in my choice to send my newest little one to Primrose of Brookhaven!

Ashley was very detailed, made sure to check if we had questions throughout, and knew all the children's names in each classroom. My wife and I were very impressed by the schools programs and curriculum, cleanliness, and the standards & processes in place to keep children healthy and safe. Each of the teachers we interacted with were very friendly and engaging. Additionally impressive were the frequency and detailed updates shared with parents on their children's development. We appreciated our great experience and look forward to the opportunity to be part of such a great place!

Ashley was SO helpful when it came to any & all questions our group had as well as being very thorough throughout the tour. She even knew every single child’s name that came up to her as we entered each classroom! The school itself is so sweet and well-kept. Cleanliness is of course top of mind when it comes to childcare and throughout our tour I noticed that someone in each of the classrooms we visited was always making sure it was tidy. The programs that Primrose offers also sounded like an absolute dream! Thank you, Ashley!
