  It’s been a month since my almost-three-year-old son and I said goodbye to KinderCare Old Chamblee. I still feel so wistful about leaving such kind, warm-hearted teachers. My son was truly lucky to have spent such wonderful times there. I had been worried at first, coming from Vietnam, I thought it might be hard for him to adjust but the teachers reassured us and showed him so much love and encouragement. That meant a lot to me. I’m not very good at cooking, so I felt extra grateful that KinderCare always took care of nutritious and varied meals for my son — it saved me from so many rushed mornings. Every day at home, he would mention his teachers’ names and want to go to school even on weekends =))). When he said goodbye, of course he missed his teachers and his little friends and maybe I missed them too. Thank you, Ms. Kendra, Ms. Zykera, Ms. Gurijit, Ms. Nandi (we were so sorry to leave before you came back to school), and of course Ms. Akyra, Ms. McKinsey, and all the other wonderful teachers. I hope you’ll all stay with this little family for a long time — it truly is a wonderful second home for the kids.

  Absolutely love this place. Miss G is an absolute angel. My kiddo begs to go to school, she has learned so much and thrives there. I can’t wait to continue to watch her grow. Thank you for all you do for our babies!

  Quality staff and environment and here’s why: We’ve been a part of the Chamblee-Tucker family for almost two years, starting our daughter at almost 8 weeks and our son (7 weeks) just started too. Like most new parents you’re nervous about giving your child to strangers. However, the team here is professional and provides excellent service. As mentioned, it feels like family, and they go beyond based on your kid's needs. When you walk in the door, you’re greeted by everyone including the Director Ms. G and while the location of this facility can be improved the staff especially Ms. Kendra goes above to ensure the building is bright, clean, and decorated with learning and fun items. I’ve made it a point to visit the infant and toddler room frequently, and the curriculum and cleanliness have impressed me, if I did have concerns both Ms., G and Ms. Kendra addressed them, and they were resolved swiftly. My daughter has not had any issues and her social and language skills are advanced due to the lessons taught and crafted by the teachers. Teachers: Ms. G, Ms. Kendra, Ms. Zykeria, Ms. Irene, Ms. Andrea, and Ms. Julie, have all served this school well, and if it were not for the consistent leadership of especially Ms. G and Ms. Kendra, I’m not sure this facility would strive without them. Overall, I know my children are in great care learning and playing. If you want full-service childcare where your child grows as a human invest here and if you’re simply looking for a daycare this might not be a fit. Location: Very convenient for us in the Tucker community, I just wish they were in a more visible newer location like the Embry Village shopping mall with more parking and more space for the facility to grow, as this area needs more quality childcare. I hope leadership considers a new location in the area, as this one does not physically match the quality environment. I almost did not stop here because the building did not look the best.

  My wife and I have had a great experience with this KinderCare. Our twins have moved from the infant to the toddler room and receive a great amount of care and affection from the staff. Eric and Melissa provide strong leadership for the staff, respond to any concerns we have promptly, and truly care about the girls. The care provided by their teachers has been excellent. It is obvious they know the girls and attend to their needs appropriately. The facility is safe and I leave my girls there every morning knowing they will have all their needs met in a nurturing environment.
