  If I could give Galleria Parkway KinderCare 10, 20, 30+ stars, I absolutely would! We were a Galleria Parkway KinderCare family from Jan. 2022 - May 2025. Both of our children started when they were six months old (son started in Jan. 2022, daughter in March 2024). Our children were so well cared for, from the infant room to the preschool room. Every teacher who cared for our children was so kind and they LOVED our kiddos hard. They truly went above and beyond to get to know our children, learn what they like/didn't like, how to communicate with them, how to play with them, teach them right from wrong, and more. They communicated with parents beautifully through the app and via phone. Mr. Eric, the center director, was an incredible leader. He took his job very seriously and knew the weight of his responsibility as director. He listened to and addressed any concerns we had and worked with us to create realistic solutions. He's done an incredible job hiring the right teachers, as he knows how much trust parents put into him and his teachers to care for their children. We sadly had to leave when we moved to a new city, but because of the structure provided by GP KinderCare, my children were well-equipped to start at their new school and were able to jump right in. Their new teachers are so impressed! I cried and gave so many hugs when we had to say our "see you laters" to the teachers. They were a part of our family for so long and we are so blessed to have so many people love our children. As a mother, I couldn't recommend GP KinderCare enough. Thank you, Mr. Eric, Ms. Adalina, Ms. Vera, Ms. Sharon, Ms. Mel, Ms. Dallas, Ms. Andrea, Ms. Amalia, Ms. Rosanna, Ms. Robin, Mr. AJ for everything.

  I have recently joined my 2 year old daughter here. She was overwhelmed considering that this was the first time she was without parents. However, the center director Eric, and other teachers are very caring and making her feel at home giving her some one on one time until she gets settled in. I would recommend this day care.

  We needed a place for all of the week-long school breaks and teacher work days that have been incorporated into the school calendar, as my 9-yr old granddaughter usually stays in her school's ASP, because of her participation in track and chorus. Although this KinderCare does not presently have a year-round ASP, they do accommodate elementary age kids for school breaks, and they were absolutely wonderful. It was very clean and cheerful. Staff and kids alike looked happy to be there. She came out of there every day with a smile on her face, talking about her new friends and had no complaints. She even highly complimented their food, and she is very picky (kudos to the chef!). She also loved the fact that there was a basket of apples or other healthy snacks from which the kids could choose as they walked out the door in the evening - something light to hold them until dinner! I honestly think she will miss going there on a daily basis. Thank You and your wonderful teachers, Mr. Marcus. It was a pleasure. See you on the next break!

  The staff is great. Mr. Marcus, Ms. B, Ms. Jennifer. I love you guys. Thanks for taking such good care of my baby girl and for always having open arms. I drive 20 minutes out of my way.
