  We’ve been with Creme now for 4 years and have been very happy with our experience. We’ve used everything from infant care all the way through aftercare van pickups and the kids will be sad when they age out of the school

  We have two children at this location and as busy working parents, it is such a relief to drop our kids somewhere we feel they are cared for and poured into. We love getting frequent updates and pictures on the kiddos and hearing what they learned and did each day (especially in STEM). The open communication from teachers on matters like medical problems and food aversions etc has been top notch and left me feeling like they sometimes pick up on things I don’t. It takes a village… shout out to Ms Deanna, Jaydee and Ms Nazaria as well as Ms Denise Ms Fatemah and Ms Karen to call out a few. We are particularly delighted by the recent change in leadership . Ms Shay, Ms Moriah and especially Ms Zilah, the Executive Director, bring such a positive energy to the whole center and genuinely seem delighted to work with and care for our kids. This joy trickles down in palpable ways. There will be hiccups at any daycare, but I think- especially with the current leadership team in place- one would be hard pressed to find a better spot to send their kids in the area or anywhere. Thank you to this team for loving my kids when I am not near.

  My son won’t even say bye to me anymore because he’s so excited to see his friends and the staff at Creme! The director and administrative staff are knowledgable, welcoming, caring, and competent. Ms. Connie is the 2s room is patient and loving. Even the evening hours staff are fabulous. The food is great and they give seconds to our hungry hippo. My son screamed when I left him at his previous daycare. Now, he can’t wait to get to Creme. I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars.

  Our twins have been here since they were 4 months old, and we have never once felt uneasy leaving them. The teachers love them like their own and have truly become an extension of the team it takes to raise them. They are so much more than caregivers, they are cheerleaders, comforters, and role models who pour love, patience, and creativity into every day. This community has given our children a strong foundation, a joy for learning, and us as parents priceless peace of mind. We are beyond grateful and recommend it wholeheartedly!

  Our family was enrolled at Crème de la Crème of Alpharetta for three years, and while we deeply appreciated the dedication and care of many of the teachers, the leadership at the center consistently failed to meet expectations and ultimately drove our decision to leave. Throughout our time there, we witnessed a troubling pattern of poor teacher retention and low morale. The energy in the center was overwhelmingly negative, and it was clear that unhappy teachers led to unhappy classrooms. Despite multiple attempts to share constructive feedback with leadership, our concerns were never addressed. At one point, a parent even walked in on teachers exhibiting unacceptable behavior, such as yelling at children—something no parent should ever have to witness. The only reason we stayed as long as we did was because of the teachers. They were the heart of the center and the only people we truly trusted. Some of which I still reach out to frequently since they are still checking on our family during our transition to a new school environment. Unfortunately, leadership changes were frequent and disruptive. During our 3 years, we had 3 executive directors. One previous director was a breath of fresh air—his leadership brought joy, positivity, and a sense of community. Teachers were happy, and it showed in the classrooms. The current and previous directors had a profoundly negative impact. The previous leadership fractured relationships with both families and staff, and many of the best teachers left because of her leadership. There was no consistent curriculum, and our children often expressed how much they disliked going to school. It became clear that the leadership was not prioritizing the well-being of the children or the staff. The center currently holds a 4.6-star rating, but based on our experience in 2025, that rating does not reflect the reality. I hope future leadership will take meaningful steps to rebuild trust, retain quality educators, and create a nurturing environment for both children and staff.
