  We were at this daycare for three years, and looking back, I truly wish we had realized sooner how poor the conditions were compared to other centers. This was our first daycare experience, so we didn’t initially recognize how many red flags there were. Initially we felt a warm presence with the main office staff and director of the school, there was even a curriculum coordinator! But unfortunately that feeling did not last long. During our time there, we experienced multiple concerning issues. Teachers openly arguing in front of children, repeated ant bites with no communication home, and the air conditioning being out for weeks during the summer. In Georgia heat, that is simply unacceptable for young children. Leadership was also a major concern. There was constant turnover in directors. Several within our three years and a majority appeared inexperienced and overwhelmed. There was no consistency in management, policies, or communication. Academically, there was no real curriculum enforced. We rarely saw lesson plans, structured activities, or intentional guidance for growth. It felt more like childcare than early childhood education. When we moved our older daughter to a different school, the contrast in structure, learning, communication, and overall environment was eye-opening. Ultimately, we pulled both of our children out, even moving our toddler to a daycare that is harder for us to get to. We knew they needed to be in a healthier, more structured environment. I did in fact have a great interaction with ms Jaydee, Nazaria, and Connie. I share this because I wish someone had been this honest with us when we were first looking. As hard as it is to write this, (and I did go back and forth) three years is a long time to realize your child deserves better.

  While there are some truly outstanding teachers, serious leadership instability, corporate failures, and safety concerns made it impossible for our family to stay. The teachers were the bright spot. Jaydee, Nazaria, Delia, Fatemeh, and Connie consistently showed care, professionalism, and genuine attention to the children. The Infant–Toddler 1 teams were engaged and nurturing, and they were the main reason we stayed as long as we did. Unfortunately, leadership was incredibly inconsistent. Over four years, there were six Executive Directors/Directors, including three executive directors and two regional directors in just over one year. This constant turnover led to poor communication, inconsistent training, and a lack of accountability. In February 2026, there was an incident where police were called. Parents were told video would not be shared. There were also times during pickup when staff could not immediately confirm our child’s location. Escalating concerns to corporate was ineffective. In conversations with regional and executive leadership, the focus was on protecting the teachers and the school — not the children. It seemed to us that corporate priorities centered on liability and public image over child development. In 2025, we were repeatedly given incorrect contact information and later told there is no family concern line; everything routes back to regional leadership, where nothing changed. We pulled our oldest son in August 2025 and our youngest a week early in February 2026 due to how leadership handled the police incident. Bottom line: amazing teachers, but inconsistent leadership make this school hard to recommend. Families deserve better transparency, consistency, and accountability.

  We’ve been with Creme now for 4 years and have been very happy with our experience. We’ve used everything from infant care all the way through aftercare van pickups and the kids will be sad when they age out of the school

  My son won’t even say bye to me anymore because he’s so excited to see his friends and the staff at Creme! The director and administrative staff are knowledgable, welcoming, caring, and competent. Ms. Connie is the 2s room is patient and loving. Even the evening hours staff are fabulous. The food is great and they give seconds to our hungry hippo. My son screamed when I left him at his previous daycare. Now, he can’t wait to get to Creme. I wish I could rate it higher than 5 stars.
