  We have been so happy with our experience at kindercare! The infant room specifically. The staff have made the transition so easy. They communicate regularly with us about feedings, diaper changes, and naps. They also send pictures which has really helped put us at ease. Our son seems to really enjoy going and feels comfortable with the teachers. We looked at so many daycares in the area, and this one has definitely exceeded our expectations.

  My son started in the infant classroom in January 2026. As always, there are concerns—especially after having your baby at home—but the daycare team is wonderful and helped ease all my worries. From Krista, the director, to Kelsey at the front desk, and Ms. Melanie who is in charge of the infant room—it's clear that they all truly love their jobs and are always willing to help wherever needed. My son receives warm and loving care, and I get updates and pictures throughout the day that truly warm my heart. I am extremely satisfied!

  The entire staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child's growth and happiness. My toddler looks forward to coming every day and always goes in and home smiling and excited to learn. We are grateful for their patience and enjoy their communication and regular check in's with us. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a safe, nurturing, and joyful place for their little ones

  We feel so lucky to have our daughter in this infant class. Her teacher has the most incredible calm presence - it’s hard to put into words, but you feel it the moment you walk into the room. She creates such a peaceful, nurturing environment where the babies truly feel safe and cared for. Leaving your infant each day isn’t easy, but knowing our daughter is with someone so patient, gentle, and attentive gives us complete peace of mind. We are so grateful for the love and dedication Melanie and the team shows every day.

  My baby started at the Alpharetta location in January of 2026, after being home with a nanny for her first year, I was very skeptical about taking her to Daycare, we scheduled a tour for the toddler room with Krista Whitley who is the director and she was amazing in explaining how the school navigates. First thing I noticed was how clean the facility is, my tour was on a Friday at 6:00 pm and this place was spotless, all toys were picked up and floors were also spotless. My baby started in the toddler room and like all transitions it took her about 2 weeks to get acclimated to her new normal, she cried after dropping her off for about 10 mins then was ok, the teachers Ms Jackie and Ms Yuli, would console her so she was not left alone crying, after 2 weeks she was then waving me off bye, bye, super happy to stay and play at her new daycare. The teachers are very caring and the babies are learning not just playing all day. My baby is celiac and has a dairy allergy and the chef navigates her allergy well by giving her special meals. Overall I am very pleased with taking my baby here. Schedule your tour today you will not regret it
