We recently switched from a different school and are very happy with the decision. The staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming. Real-time daily updates keep me connected throughout the day, and the facility is always clean and well maintained. We’re grateful to have found a school that cares about both the children and their families.

I have 3 children, so I have had experience with a few different preschools….. they have been good and bad experiences but with Primrose at Wiregrass Ranch my experience has been nothing short of AMAZING! It’s starts with owners and goes right into the classroom. The owner partakes in activities and is always available, the administrative team is extremely organized and always professional and courteous and the teachers are kind and thoughtful and communicative. I was bit apprehensive to register in the beginning given that the school was new and they might experience growing pains. But I am so glad I went ahead and registered because it was the best decision ever for my daughter!!!

It’s with a heavy heart I’m leaving this review, but I feel a responsibility to warn other parents, especially if you have a toddler boy. The facility here is very nice and most of the teachers and staff seem to be friendly and doing the best they can, but unfortunately, in my opinion, the owner, Matt, does not have the kindness or empathy necessary to effectively lead a daycare.
Matt prefers children who obey commands and do not ask questions. He is firm, but not kind. During my meeting with him he repeatedly mentioned how “this is a business” to him and how our three year old son was a “threat”. The incident that triggered the immediate meeting was described to me as “nothing was happening” and then our son started “hitting”. During the meeting I asked my son what happened, and he said he wanted to play more with his friends and didn’t want to nap. They have a required 1.5 hr nap time every day, for which Matt firmly stated there are no exceptions.
I understand our boy is not perfect and is still testing boundaries, but to open our spur of the moment meeting that pulled me from work with how our threatening child might hurt his perfect business model is not the way to engage with parents. I am not a child development expert, but I did earn an M.D. degree, and I do not believe Matt has the proper depth of understanding of the psychosocial development of children to be leading the teachers and staff here. He is in charge of crafting children who have souls, and frankly, I do not care about how much he can brag to his MBA buddies about his return on his Primrose investment.
Dr. Jane Nelson has an approach of being kind and firm for positive discipline. You can be firm without being kind, which does stop unwanted behaviors, and I think describes Matt’s approach, but this approach can be too forceful and coercive, and in Dr. Nelson’s opinion, is not an effective long-term solution to preventing unwanted behaviors. When I pressed Matt further on his approach to discipline for our situation, he guided me to the Primrose handbook, for which I later realized had no more information on the topic.
We are especially disappointed given our very positive experience previously at the Primrose in Bee Cave, TX, where we moved from. I am happy for parents and families if they are enjoying the new Primrose here, but please, if your toddler boy might “run too much” or want to play too much, you might be better off considering other options. My wife and I decided to unenroll our son and start at a new facility we have all been doing much better. 🙏

We have been at this location from opening day and can very easily say the entire staff is professional and accommodating! Management is friendly, approachable and keep you informed on classroom changes consistently. They reached out ahead of our son transitioning to another classroom and outlined the process as well as kept us informed on how he was doing the week of the change. His new teachers Ms. Arzola and Ms. Fox are his absolute favorites and it makes dropping off and picking up such an easy process (a huge night and day from the daycare facility we were at before Primrose). We love getting all the pictures throughout the day of our kiddo being so happy and seeing him progress. Most definitely recommend!

Very clean & beautiful school. My boys have learned so much & thrive there — they love going to school & love all the staff — Ms. Husain, Ms. Hamze, Ms. Fox & Ms. Arzola are my boy’s teachers — They are wonderful, compassionate, friendly & nurturing & I feel very confident leaving my kids in their hands.
