  Extremely unprofessional. A lot of money for almost no help. Skills not even practiced by students. Condescending tone and behavior of the teacher, administrator, director and owner all in one person. Save yourself the stress and do not go there.

  Waste of money do not even bother !!! Unprofessional to say the least and extremely hard to work with the "director" they just want your money !! 1300 plus dollars

  Director very difficult to work with. The training was horrible, we learned more about the trainer life in 2 weeks. The place is very dirty and classroom was not safe due to unsanitized!!!!!! Things were not explained to us at time of signing up!!!!! BeWare!!! ...... Garbage pile high . Small gnats flying in classroom .Sharps containers not picked up and over filling with cubes of blood. Very nasty school!!!!! BEWARE!!!

  You can tell that whoever's running the show or instructing here is a rude jerk, just by looking at the reviews on this place. And in response to the several negative reviews, you see lengthy messages from the institute/owner trying to defend themselves and save face. It's kind of pathetic, especially because it's so easy to see right through. there's multiple complaints from legitimate accounts about the same thing, not just a few bad ratings. Maybe instead of trying to come up with reasons or excuses for lack of professionalism and poor business practice, you should simply...I don't know, improve?? Being nice or friendly isn't hard. It's a basic kindness. Especially when people are paying you with their good hard earned money to try and get an education, yet they're spoken to badly. You should be ashamed for your actions and reaction. Not be in denial, or reply as if you are. Take accountability & do better. Then you'll see the tone of your reviews change and ratings go up. But that's simple logic one should know as an adult and business owner. Doesn't seem as if that's present here though. Guess this place doesn't care about student satisfaction or the longevity of their business. Or their image either. …or maybe they do care, since they refute claims so vehemently. but if you *really* cared about your image and business, you'd make a (hopefully lasting) change, instead of continuously receiving negative reviews which all state the same/similar thing & complaint(s).
