Our experience here has been great! They provide lunch and snacks for the kids. Considering it’s the most affordable daycare around the area, the lunch is a nice bonus! Ms Carla and Ms Abby are wonderful! We enjoy all the summer activities as well! They also have a gym where kids can run around which is great for when it’s hot or raining.

We cannot say enough great things about Cross Ridge KinderCare. Our infant started at 3 months old and we are so thankful we chose this location. Ms. Marisel is absolutely wonderful with the infants. She is so attentive, loving and truly cares for your baby. Each day they have developmentally appropriate activities that help to reinforce skills. They also have an app that allows us to see what our little is doing through out the day. We love Ms. Sophia and Ms. Carla, as well.

I wanted to leave this review as it’s my son’s last week at this location. My son has been a full time child at this location since he was 2 months old. He started attending KinderCare in 2018. As an infant we had the privilege of watching our son spend his day in a safe loving environment at this location. Year after year we never questioned leaving no matter the price. That is only due to the staff. Everyone there has been nothing but a pleasure. From Mrs V in infants, Mrs Thea, and Mrs Carla they became part of our family over the years. Not saying this location has never had issues any place does, but one of the issues here in the past has been the director changes. We have had many over the years and to be honest at one point we almost decided to remove our son but when we looked around there was not one other care center that we felt came close to the members that actually care for our son at KinderCare, so we decided to stick it out and our son was very happy about that and today so we. This past year plus they brought in a director that is one of the hardest work and most caring one they have had in a long time. You can tell speaking to her that she actually cares for your child. Donna goes above and beyond in ever way. Her leadership their finally matches the rest of the staff mentioned earlier. Everyone there understands children and the individual behaviors, most would say our son is a handful, they would not be wrong lol but he just wants to stay busy and they understand that and work to only make him better. We are actually sad to leave. We have 3 kids all together ranging from 20 to 5 and with the development my youngest son has received at this location he is by far further ahead of any child we have had in the past. So if you are looking for a great care education center look no further than this KinderCare location. Thank you Donna, Mrs Carla, Mrs Thea and everyone that has been a crucial part of our sons important growing years.

I know there are not the greatest reviews of this school out there, but my son has been in this school for over a month now and the new director has repeatedly wowed me. She really is making an effort to make this school a better place. Unfortunately, with parents not always telling the truth when their child(ren) are sick for the fear of not being able to have a place for their child to go when they have to go off to work, it’s not an easy task. But, I always feel I can have open and honest conversations with her about the health of my son since that comes first! And she is always very sympathetic to my little boy when he does not feel well. I feel like the employees all work together and act as a family. And I feel that my son and I have been welcomed into their family as one of their own. The director has taken measures to make sure my child feels at home and safe here and I wouldn’t choose another place for him. My son is 17 months old and his teachers are amazing. Miss Madison and Miss Mariola work so well together to make sure the kids are being well taken care of and feel loved when I am not there to provide that for him. They make drop off easy for me and kindly find a fun distraction so he is rarely sad when I leave him in the morning. There seems to be a few comments about the teachers “not watching the children enough” but the state law is 6 children to 1 teacher in his age range and for parents who have a child this age know that 6 children to one adult can be a handful. Miss Madison is the main teacher I deal with day to day and she is honestly the best. She is always prompt to let me know if my child fell and hurt himself or seems to be struggling with something. It honestly angers me that parents are so quick to judge any mistake made by a human being. If you don’t feel like your individual child is being watched closely enough then you should not have your child in any daycare and you should consider getting a babysitter or nanny instead. The law is the same across the state and honestly through most of the country and the teachers have training and background checks to go through before they can become a daycare teacher for any school. CrossRidge KinderCare has the highest expectations of their teachers and staff that I have seen and it is not the new directors fault that she came into a messy situation. But her dedication to making this school a better environment for all of the children and parents in it is what I admire. I love how open and honest the director and teachers have been with me about my child’s wellbeing and safety. The director is always quick to respond to my messages which is huge for me since many other daycares do not seem to be on top of this. The effort I feel coming from this daycare is above and beyond. And a big plus is that I love seeing the pictures come through the app of what my child is doing that day! Every little update down to if my child’s diaper was wet or dry and how much of his food he ate has made me very satisfied with them! I hope many other parents feel this way as they deserve much love and support from us as they love and support our children daily.
