Very unsanitary, my daughter was here less than a month and was sick twice. Her second day there she became sick. They allow parents to drop their kids off knowing they are VISIBLY SICK. Snot hanging down to their lips, coughing and sneezing everywhere. I saw a kid with tissue stuck up his nose one afternoon I was picking my infant up. It’s almost as if they never sanitize the toys. I was told during my tour with the Director that no one is allowed in the infant room and the adults have to wear foot covers being that they are on the floor sometimes for tummy time. Was very shocked to see children that walk in the room my first day dropping my daughter off. They had the toys in their mouths and were on the tummy time mats for the infants. The “teachers” they hire are pretty sketchy and look like they lived rough lives… if you know what I mean. I doubt they teach anything all I ever hear is yelling and them telling the children to stop doing things or sit down. I was picking my daughter up another day and someone with tattoos she looked younger was holding someone’s infant baby and said aloud in front of me “your parents finally cleaned your neck today.” Excuse me?! Who says that in front of other parents? Who says that at all? By the way this place really stinks, really bad. I feel like they should not be changing 2/3 years old diapers in the open on the changing table it should be done in the bathroom for privacy. Plus teachers should encourage using the bathroom to phase out from diapers/pull-ups which I haven’t heard yet. Plus they CONSTANTLY ask you to pick your kids up early or at drop off wait until another provider can clock in because they’re short staffed.

My children attend the school behind this location, all drop off and pickup is done via car, and I am often here in the late morning to drop things for my kids, or pick them up for appointments. Every, and I am not exaggerating, EVERY SINGLE time I am here and the toddlers are outside, there is a female staff member SCREAMING at them at the top of her lungs while they are crying, both so loud it carries through the trees, over their lot, the over the fence, over our parking lot area and to the side and near rear of our building. It is awful. The people being employed here do not need to be working with children. I am tempted to start recording every time I am here.
