  I just want to share that this center is phenomenal from the director, the assistant and teachers my grandchild comes home so excited and have to share everything they learned for that day. We have been there three years and no complaints. Keep up the great work guys!!!

  My 3 yo son and i had the worst day care experience in my life. i have 3 children and never have gone thru an experience like this. the director Tarsha is a liar and a phony. even her staff says this about her. staff and i have both gone to corporate about situations and nothing. i did not trust this woman so i took him out: i was called two different days To be picked up while I was at work because he was retaliating because kids were hitting him. I witnessed children hitting Onyx hitting him in the back one child pushed him into a table, and he had a large goose egg on his head, and those parents weren’t called to pick up their children. Onyx acted out and I was immediately called and was lied to about the situation of what happened. Tarsha lied saying he was trying to escape the school when that is not what happened. Tasha lied about another situation with a child And I had to leave work to pick up my son again, two days in a row. I feel as if she pushed him out of the school and singled him out. I explained Onyx has behaviors after he comes home from his dad’s house and acts out a little bit and she did not want to deal with. It would not help me would not help point me into a direction. Nothing pushed him out. People should know that the director of the school is like this. They recently even lost ELC. Reports from DCF saying they weren’t sanitary. Also, when I was called to pick up my child, he was in a corner sitting there with nothing to do covered in urine. I’m absolutely disgusting and can’t believe a daycare would treat three-year-old like this. If I could give -5 stars, I would.

  I would recommend this center if you are looking 😊 I love sending my kids here, to Kindercare Ormond Beach. To be totally honest, I had a very negative experience elsewhere and I was wary of re-integrating my daughter into a day learning center again. By the grace of God, this was an excellent choice. I have since enrolled my other child as well. This center is clean and I can’t express enough just how much sincere and genuine care and love my kids have received. Every teacher is warm, smiles even when I’m sure days are rough, and never has me feeling like a bother or out of place. I feel safe when leaving my kids. My oldest constantly talks about her teachers and is happy to go to see her teachers each day. When my daughter wasn’t eating, her teachers made sure to make accommodations in light of our schedule and her needs in ensuring she had a few bites of just anything. When she struggled to adjust, extra support was always there. I am grateful for the leadership in the Director, and the staff as being such excellent caregivers and educators.

  My son attended Kindercare for years and we both loved it. I never had a problem with staff or anything else. Everyone was very caring and nice,I would recommend Kindercare to everyone!
