  This is my son’s very first school experience, and I couldn’t be happier with our choice. The staff has been so warm, caring, and professional, making the transition smooth for both of us. The school is always clean and well-organized, which gives me peace of mind every day. I also really appreciate the structured learning environment they provide, it’s clear my child is being guided in a way that helps him grow and feel confident. One of my favorite things is the communication through their app. I love getting updates about what he’s eaten, potty notifications, and even pictures throughout his day. It makes me feel connected and reassured while I’m at work. Overall, this preschool has exceeded my expectations. I’m grateful for the care, structure, and attention they provide, and I’m excited to see how my son continues to thrive here.

  I enrolled my son & it was the best decision I could’ve made for my 1yr old! I love kinder care sooo much. I had previously went to a daycare on Middleburg rd & not even a week went by when I knew it wasn’t a good fit I was always uneasy about it. I called KinderCare & I was so hurt that there was a waiting list! I spoke to mrs Turkan & she was a life saver telling me that I could enroll my baby mid September. I did! It’s been two weeks now & my baby loves it here. At the old daycare he would cry and cry as soon as he step foot in the place but at kinder care he’s ready to leave me & play every time he walks in! I recommend for any new parent or whatever. The staff here are so friendly & understanding & you can tell each child gets tended to with patience & care.

  🚫 DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO THIS DAYCARE – NIGHTMARE EXPERIENCE.. This daycare has been one of the worst experiences I’ve had as a parent. While the caregivers themselves were kind and took good care of my child, everything else about the management and administration was an absolute disaster. In less than 3 months, my child went through 4 different directors. Each time I had to re-explain the same issues over and over again because no one followed up or took responsibility. I am a parent receiving childcare subsidy assistance. From day one, I was told by the first director that I was “good to go” and had no out-of-pocket costs. Weeks later, I noticed they were charging me full price. The second director admitted that KinderCare made the error and said they would fix it—but she was fired a few days later. The third director discovered that I had been incorrectly entered as the full-price payer and not the subsidy provider. She said she’d fix it, but then disappeared a week later as well. By the time the fourth director came in, I had to start all over again. It turns out my paperwork was approved by the provider months ago, and the daycare had simply failed to bill them. Meanwhile, I was being sent bills with late fees and interest for charges I shouldn’t have been responsible for in the first place. To make matters worse, the daycare sent messages telling parents to pick up their kids early because they were short-staffed. One day there was even a sign on the door saying children would be turned away after a certain time. That is completely unacceptable—especially for working parents like myself and my husband who cannot just leave work. Final Straw & Ongoing Issues I gave my two weeks’ notice due to all of these issues. However, the daycare director refused to sign my release paperwork, which delayed my child’s enrollment at a new daycare. Months later, I’m still dealing with this mess despite calling corporate FOUR times. Now they’ve added late fees on a bill that is entirely their fault. The regional director, Sheena, is now ignoring my calls altogether. If you're a parent considering this daycare or any KinderCare location think twice. The caregivers may care, but the management is completely unreliable and unprofessional. This has caused me emotional, financial, and logistical stress I wouldn’t wish on any parent.

  Kinder Care has really become a topic of conversation in our home my daughter loves going and always comes home with the cutest crafts. I truly appreciate Ms. Turkan and Ms. Ashleigh and the amazing job these ladies are doing creating a fun and educational environment filled with amazing teachers.

  Ms. Simyran has been incredible with my son, who has autism. He’s starting to make eye contact, interact more, and come out of his shell. She’s truly amazing!
