- KBKamilla BrentanoNov 7, 20251.0BE AWARE! Disrespectful, unprofessional, rude, and dishonest director - Monica Rivas. We scheduled a tour, and beforehand, on the phone, I was promised a spot for my kid. When we arrived, the director didn’t even greet us; instead, she immediately asked for a VPK certificate, then came back and said she had to call someone to confirm that my kid qualified for VPK, even though we had an official document in our hands. She was rude, raised her voice, and refused to give us a tour, instead insisting we wait while she made her call. It was rude and highly unprofessional. I can only imagine the communication issues the parents might have with her. After that, I never even planned to return. Later, I received an email from her stating she had confirmed my child’s eligibility for VPK but that, unfortunately, there were no spots left, even though the day before, there were plenty. What a joke! Avoid this place and save yourself and your child from unnecessary headaches. I did!

Primrose of Lutz is not just another daycare, it is part of our family.

They taught my kids simple sign language very early (about a year old) and it help so much with communication at a young age. They are great at introducing potty training and communicating with the parents when that time comes. They grow a bond with your babies that melts your heart and makes going to work a lot easier. Thank you for everything Primrose ♥️ I am one happy momma!
