We waited 10 minutes before giving up. If this daycare can't stick to a scheduled visit and have the appropriate staffing, how can we trust them with our child?

I am reposting to ensure parents have access to honest feedback when making decisions about their children’s care. Due to documented safety considerations involving my child, my son ultimately had to be removed from this daycare. Despite this context, a teacher took a picture of my infant without my consent and shared it with an unauthorized third party. This was deeply concerning and inappropriate, especially given the circumstances. When I raised these concerns, management did not handle the situation professionally. I felt dismissed rather than supported, and there was no clear acknowledgment of the seriousness of the safety issue. Parents, please be aware and make sure your child’s well-being is respected before trusting this daycare.

All the caring teachers she had from Ms Holly , Ms Jada, Ms Tina, Ms Mikaela, Ms Candyce, Ms Tia, Ms Theresa, Ms Shavonne and her Summer program teachers. I really appreciate everything they’ve done for my Daughter.
