  I would not recommend this daycare to any parent who expects a safe, attentive, and professional environment for their child. One of my biggest concerns is how the children are physically handled. I have personally witnessed teachers being overly rough—aggressively wiping and handling children in a way that is completely unacceptable, especially for babies. It’s disturbing to see that level of frustration taken out on children who are too young to speak for themselves. Hygiene is a serious issue here. I observed a teacher wipe their nose with their hand and then immediately pick up a child without washing or sanitizing. On another occasion, I walked in to pick up my child—who does not use a pacifier at all—and had to physically remove another baby’s pacifier from her mouth. The very next day, during her first week of attending at just 6 months old, she was diagnosed with hand, foot, and mouth disease. Since attending this daycare, my child has come home with a different illness almost every week. Supervision is clearly lacking. My child has come home with some type of incident every single day—scratches, bumps, and other injuries that could likely have been prevented with proper attention. This points to a serious lack of oversight and care. The staff behavior is also very unprofessional. Teachers are frequently on their phones instead of actively watching or engaging with the children. There have also been instances where my baby’s food was opened and then immediately thrown away simply because she didn’t want it at that moment, rather than saving it and trying again later. That is both wasteful and dismissive. Management is beyond disappointing. Sheena Robertson was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I brought up my concerns, she responded with a terrible attitude, used inappropriate language, and even went as far as threatening me. I have never experienced such disrespect from someone responsible for overseeing childcare. Overall, this daycare shows a lack of basic hygiene, proper supervision, professionalism, and respect. Between the frequent illnesses, safety concerns, staff behavior, and unacceptable management response, I strongly urge other parents to think twice before trusting this facility with their children.

  Definitely a great daycare facility with friendly&professional staff. I would recommend it. My daughter has been enjoying her time here. Administrative work is a bit slow, needs improvement.

  My son has been going to this daycare more than a year. As not English-speaking family, I see a huge result in learning English since he started going to the daycare. He talks a lot, he plays a lot, he made friends in here! The classrooms are big and bright. In the Kindercare at Gate Parkway they take care of cleanliness. Teachers are polite and friendly. Not so long ago, it has been a little event "Muffins with Mom". We loved it sooooo much!❤️ I wish the Kindercare at Gate Parkway to develop, more new little students to come and 5-star review on Google!⭐️🫶

  My daughter mom & I has had our daughter here since she was 8 months & she’s now currently 3. The school system is great & any minor issues ever had was resolved quickly. I highly recommend as everything from curriculum to hand on activities gives your child space to learn & become independent. Only reason I don’t give it a 5 star is because sometimes (NOT OFTEN) when staff calls out , sometimes it’s an inconvenience to have to pick the child up early but it’s understood because everyone goes through things in their personal life. Overall great school !!

  Great place to bring your little tots! My baby girl started in Nov and while the first month or so was rough the staff does a great job of integrating my baby girl into a school routine. There's no stress of packing a lunch, littles get breakfast lunch and snack. Pickup and drop pff is simple. You get live reports as the day progresses of how your little is doing. The price for care is expensive in this economy but worth it. Your little is safe, cared for, loved on , and learning. Shout out to Ms. Tiffany, she has been God sent for my little.
