We had previously tried other centers in Jacksonville but withdrew after encountering issues with staff, hygiene, or curriculum. With my wife’s background in early childhood education, we came in with high expectations; however, Southside KinderCare has exceeded them in every way. A big part of that is thanks to Carla, the new director. She is professional, communicative, and clearly committed to continuously improving the center for her children and the parents. Her leadership has made a noticeable impact, and we feel confident dropping off our child each day.
