  Everyone here is amazing from the teachers to the directors!! Thank you all for your kindness and patience ☺️ I also love the app that the centers uses it’s very interactive and informative. I look forward to daily updates and pictures regarding my little one throughout the day.

  My daughter has been in this Kinder Care location since she was 9 months old. She is now 5 and about to start Kindergarten in august. All the caring teachers she had from Ms Holly , Ms Jada, Ms Tina, Ms Mikaela, Ms Candyce, Ms Tia, Ms Theresa, Ms Shavonne and her Summer program teachers. I really appreciate everything they’ve done for my Daughter.

  I enrolled my son here June 2023, when Southside Kindercare was having problem with the staffing. I had no problems here, my son had two teachers while being there, Ms Suhey & Ms Tina. Great teachers. The rest of the staff is very friendly. My son loved it.

  According to my 4 years old, one of his teachers beat him on the head with a cellphone because he refused to take a nap. I tried to clarify if it was a misunderstanding and the staff refused to show me surveillance videos. According to what I was told they don’t keep recordings. They have a bunch of cameras that are there just for decoration. Alkeiria Kirkland, the administrator, didn’t even reply my email when I reported the incident. Before that, my son came back home with multiple injuries caused by supposed accidents. One of them was so serious that we ended up in emergency room doing a CTA, my son still have a scar on his eyelid. I opened cases with JSO and DCF and they could do nothing because my son did not suffer any injury during the last incident (unbelievable). I removed my child inmediately due to their lack of response and out of fear they were abusing him and they had the audacity to charge me $265 for not giving a two week notice before unenrollling him. This place was amazing when we started in 2020, but the new administration is terrible. In addition to everything I just said, they closed multiple times without giving previous notice which forced me to find another job because I was under risk of being fired. Don’t send your kids here, there are way better options in the area.
