I work in healthcare, so I understand the level of responsibility that daycare providers take on when they assume care for your child. My son’s experience at KinderCare has been nothing short of amazing— not perfect, but truly wonderful.
His teachers are attentive and genuinely try to follow his home routine, while still helping him adapt to a new environment. I love that I’m kept updated throughout the day while I’m at work; that communication gives me so much peace of mind.
When you entrust your child to someone else, you hope to feel confident in that decision. The staff at KinderCare gives me that peace. My son is thriving under the care of loving, patient, and dedicated individuals, and I am forever grateful.
I took a leap of faith and enrolled him despite some of the previous reviews—and I’m so glad I trusted my own lived experience. My son has been at this center since March 2025, and I couldn’t be happier with the care he’s received

Just because your familiar with the name of a business doesn't mean they're all ran the same or owned by the same person. Before you send your child here please read reviews, ask questions and go there in person. I hope this place gets fixed in all aspects, especially have the right ratio of children per teacher because there's clearly to many! A maximum of 4 children under 12 months for 1 teacher, 12 to 23 months max is 6 per 1 teacher, 24 to 35 months the max is 11 per 1 teacher... whi h should be followed and clearly there it is not. Do your research parents for the safety and happiness of your children.

I would not recommend this school to any parent or guardian. We enrolled our niece at the Airlington Kindercare and the day we showed up we were told they was under staffed and shouldn't even be operating at that capacity. So we took her home and the next had an email advising us to not bring her because they were again short staffed. On the 3rd day there was a break case at the school of hand, foot and mouth and were advise ld to not bring her to the school. After 3 negative experience in a row, we decided that we no longer felt she would be safe or take care of and we pulled her out of the school. They continued to charge us and sent of balance to collections. If you call, they don't answer (probably because they don't have enough staff to answer the phone) and when you do, you are told a bold face lie that they will clear up the balance and apologize. I have been doing this same song and dance for 6 months now. Complete unprofessionalism and disregard to their customer base. For any parents or guardians that want to take the risk of your child's health and well being, make sure you document all you communications with this school. You never know when you are going to need support from child services to fix a problem they created.

Beware of bringing your child here. It had its good days and bad days but, a lot of the times they had short staffing which would result in them telling you to keep your child home and pick them up early inconveniencing your work day. Ms. Freda at the front desk is the best and will do whatever she can to help you and is very understanding. Not all of the teachers and classes are bad here but, I will say please avoid the Pre-K class at all cost Ms.Lisa was terrible to my son he has a speech delay and was not patient with him or nice to him at all and made us as parents feel bad about his delay. She only gave us bad reports about his day and he was having accidents everyday. It really just seemed like she did not want to deal with him and had it out for him. He is a really sweet boy and it was just not for fair for him to deal with that. It was truly an exhausting experience. If I’m paying $1750 a month in childcare then I accept the teacher to do their job! It was to the point where my son would cry and have panic attacks before and after school I can only imagine what was going on when we were not there. She, should absolutely not be working around or with kids at all. Just a rude and condescending person overall. He is now thriving at his new daycare and having zero accidents and it’s a much happier kiddo plus learning a lot more. There is also a black mold issue in the Pre K class as well in the ceiling which is a huge health hazard to the staff and the children. This review was not to bash the daycare but to make other parents aware as I know picking a daycare can be extremely stressful.
