  I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS SCHOOL. Our experience with Key Point Academy was deeply disappointing. When our child became sick and was unable to attend classes due to a serious health issue, we expected empathy and cooperation. Instead, we received the opposite. We reached out multiple times, shared medical details, and submitted official documentation explaining why our child could no longer attend. None of it made a difference. The school did not acknowledge the situation in any meaningful way and continued to charge us as if our child was still enrolled and attending. What made the situation even more frustrating was that they eventually sent the outstanding balance to collections — despite having clear proof that our child was dealing with a legitimate medical condition. No family should have to go through this, especially during a time when the priority should be a child’s health. Based on what we experienced, I cannot recommend this school to other parents.

  AVOID THIS SCHOOL — OUR EXPERIENCE WAS TERRIBLE. I want to share what happened to our family so others don’t go through the same situation. Our child got sick and had a serious medical condition that prevented him from attending school. We notified Key Point Academy immediately, explained everything, and provided the medical documents they requested. None of it mattered. Instead of understanding that our child’s health had to come first, the school continued to charge us as if nothing happened. They showed no flexibility, no care, and no willingness to work with us during a difficult time. What makes this even worse is that they eventually sent the remaining balance to collections — even though our child physically could not attend due to a legitimate health problem. A school should be a place that supports families, not one that ignores them during a medical situation. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this school to anyone. Please consider other options.

  PLEASE BE CAREFUL — I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCHOOL. Our family had a very upsetting experience with Key Point Academy. When our child became seriously ill and was unable to attend school due to health concerns, we expected understanding and support. Instead, we dealt with the complete opposite. Despite notifying the school several times and providing medical documentation, they refused to acknowledge the situation. Rather than working with us during a difficult time, they continued to demand full payment as if our child’s health issues did not matter. What shocked us the most is that they eventually sent the remaining balance to collections — even though our child was genuinely unable to attend for medical reasons. A school should care about children and support families, especially during health emergencies. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I strongly recommend thinking twice before enrolling your child.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. STAY AWAY. We went through a terrible experience with Key Point Academy. Our situation was very similar to other families who have spoken up. Our child became sick and was medically unable to attend school, yet the school showed absolutely no understanding. Even after explaining the health issues and providing documentation, they continued to demand payment as if nothing had happened. They did not take our child’s condition into account, and it was clear that compassion was not a priority for them. All they focused on was collecting the money, even though our child could not attend for legitimate medical reasons. It was extremely disappointing and stressful for our family. If you care about your child’s well-being and want a school that supports families during difficult times, this is not the place. Stay away.

  DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL. STAY FAR AWAY. My experience with Key Point Academy has been extremely disappointing. My son had a scheduled surgery due to serious breathing issues, and he was medically unable to attend school. We communicated with the school multiple times, explained his condition, and even provided documentation showing that a surgery was scheduled and that he needed to be home under our care. Despite all of this, the school ignored everything we submitted. Instead of showing understanding or basic compassion for a child dealing with a medical issue, they insisted that we continue paying through the end of the year — even though he physically could not attend. What made this situation even worse is that they sent the remaining balance to collections, despite the clear and legitimate medical reason for his absence and despite our multiple attempts to resolve this directly. A school should care about the well-being and safety of children. Based on our experience, that was absolutely not the case here. If you are considering this school, please think twice. Families dealing with real medical situations deserve support and understanding — not to be ignored and sent to collections.
